A/N- just got super excited because I have almost 50 reads. Don't hesitate to let me know if something is wrong. I don't mind constructive criticism! It is my first book after all! Please keep reading and I will try to start posting new chapters more. And make them longer! 😬

You have got to be kidding me. Why is my life always such a mess.
"Please. Please tell me you are joking." Max looked up at me sheepishly. "Seriously, Max?! He'll make my life miserable! I agreed to staying here. Do not make me stay across from him!"
"Look I'm sorry. There are no other rooms. We talked to him, though! He won't be bad. I promise, hun."
I can't believe I'm staying on the same floor as him. "I need to go get my belongings."
"You're going to have to wait to get your things. I'm going to take you shopping, though, so you can get new attire. I think the guys wanted to go with, also, and spend some time with you." Max said.
Although staying on the same floor as him was going to be hell, at least I had Max and the guys here with me. I was always thankful for them.
"Max.. I have no money." I couldn't possibly use theirs. I will feel like the shittiest person in the world. They've already generously given me a place to stay.
"It's fine. Striker actually offered to pay."
I looked at him confused. Why in the world would Striker offer to pay?
"Can we just wait until I can get a job and then pay for the stuff by myself?" I asked. That would be the easiest thing to do.
"No. I'm paying. Accept it, Angel. I'm not taking no as an answer." Striker came out of his room to put his two sense into the conversation. Was he eavesdropping? What the hell. How rude.
"I'm heading downstairs. Aella, make a list of what you'll be needing and come down when you're ready." Max said. I nodded my head in understanding and started to walk to my room.
"Thanks, Striker. I'll pay you back, I swear. Once I get a job and get the money." I told Striker. He was allowing me to use his money, I could at least show some gratitude. I'll savor him being nice while it lasts.
He started to walk closer to me, putting his hand on my cheek. He lifted my head up to look at him. He leaned in until his lips were touching my ear, ever so gently. They were so soft against my skin, sweetly brushing against it. He lightly nipped my ear and I quietly moaned. "Anytime, Angel." He whispered, walking away and leaving me. I wanted more.
What in the hell is wrong with me?
