My Death (HTTYD/PJO crossover [Oc/Toothless])

WILL?!

"Aqua!... Aqua!" I heard a voice coming from the forest. My head shot there not believing what I was hearing. Toothless looked up at me when he heard it too.

"They said you were here! Aqua please!" I heard a familiar voice call. Will? He died before me. My ears perked up.

"Aqua!?" By this point Astrid and Hiccup had heard it and they took out their swords ready to fight. I jumped so I was standing between them and the forest protecting my friend from them as he tripped out of the foliage.

"Will!" I shouted in my mind confused. I gasped at him and he gasped at me before he began glancing around.

"I've been looking for you everywhere. Your dad is literally freaking out! oceans are a mess across the earth" he said under his breath so only I could hear it. Within a second I tackled him and nuzzled his face. "I know I know I missed you too" he said playfully pushing me off him. He was dressed in what looked like black and silver amor that he had been gifted by his father. His blond hair was thrown into a low ponytail and his skin as tan as ever. His yellow eyes meet mine and he smiled.

"You know her?" Hiccups voice asked

"She and I are old friends" Will said quickly responding. Toothless was looking between me and Will with what seemed to be Jealousy, we aren't even together yet. He must be feeling the mate bond too. I nudged Will getting him to stand.

"The names Will, some people call me Solaris" Will said sticking his hand out to Hiccup who had approached. I stood happily to my friends side who used to ride the Pegasus' like a boss.

"Hiccup horrendous the third, and my dragon brother slash friend Toothless" he said gesturing to my blackscaled mate. Will spotted the mark and looked at me curiously. I nodded and made a chortling sound.

"And the lady?" Will asked making Astrid snort.

"My fiancé Astrid" Hiccup pulled her closer with a smile. She giggled and shook her head.

"It's nice to meet you" she said with a genuine smile.

"How long have you known... Aqua you called her?" Hiccup asked

"For about, how long would you say 9 years?" He asked me. I tilted my head and nodded seeing as it sounded about right.

"I've known toothless for about 5, same for Stormfly with Astrid. Where are you from?" Hiccup asked

"Nowhere really, our village was attacked, many died, we were left to fend for ourselves in the world. A few days ago we were attacked getting Aqua and I separated, I've been looking since then" Will said calmly placing his hand on my head seeing as I was almost up to his shoulder when standing four legged. I purred and nuzzled his hand. "She's the last among us" my eyes shot up to him knowing what he meant.

"Are you alright? Is all of that true?" Toothless asked approaching and pressing his forehead against mine.

"Mostly. Will and I were some of the ones that died. I'm sure my brother and his girlfriend are alive as well as most of the camp, but there were hundreds of us who died. Will and I were lucky the fates took pity and dropped us here. I am lucky they took pity and dropped us here" I said correcting myself

"Why you specifically?" He asked confused

".Because, how else would I have stumbled into you. Did you not notice the Trident mark on your paw?" I asked with softened eyes,

"You saw it too huh?" He asked "were you disappointed? When you found out I was your mate? I'm sure you would've preferred a human from your world" he said insecurely.

"I'm happy, it was you. You are handsome, kind, daring, protective, calming... must I keep going? And I've seen it all since I've gotten here. Maybe one day when the God are feeling generous, they will take us to my world so I can show you it's wonders. But until then, I am happy with what I have just created for myself" I said kindly making him purr loudly.

"That was deep Aqua" Will said staring at me. I looked up at him in shock then remembered he could speak with animals.

"You know their tongue?" Hiccup asked in awe.

"It is really a mix of sounds. But if their species is intelligent enough they can understand your English and their chirps sound the same so you can kind of guess." Will said making Hiccup nod.

"You said you were alone, our island, Burk would gladly welcome you with open arms.

"That would be amazing Hiccup" Will said kindly holding his hand out for Hiccup to shake. Hiccup smiled and shook his hand.

"Now, we should go to the landing spot and head back to Burk. Stormfly will be getting antsy. It almost lunchtime" Hiccup said cheerfully. Toothless and I rolled our eyes at his comment but still followed when Hiccup and Astrid lead us away. Toothless walked beside me almost silently purring at our proximity.

"So Will, you said you knew Aqua for 9 years. How did you meet?" Hiccup asked as we walked through the forest.

"She was being hunted by a monster by the name of a manticore. It was indigenous to our region and common amongst those of us who could speak dragon or were dragons were constantly fighting for our lives. I was out with a few friends of mine when we saw her being attacked. She fought hard, but she was only a child. By the time we were able to help her she had already been scraped harshly against her arm. If you look close enough you can still see the scar. We defeated the Manticore and took her back to our village where we began to train her. We've been together ever since." Toothless growled under his breath and stepped closer to me lowering his eyes to my arm seeing there was indeed a scar there.

"You really aren't from around here are you?" Hiccup said making Will and i both glance at each other

"You have no idea"I heard Will say under his breath.

"Toothless bud, what are you doing?" Hiccup asked seeing how Toothless was sticking to my side like glue. Toothless tilted his head as if to asked 'what do you mean' "he's never acted this way toward any other dragon" Hiccup said to Will who looked at me with a smirk.

"Well, not Hiccup's gonna know about the mate thing" i said in my mind to toothless who raised an invisible brow.

"Let him, you're mine" he said growling lightly. I rolled my eyes scoffing and said

"And i hope you're mine" he growled payfully and nudged my side.

"Until we die Aqua" he said in his mind glancing at me. I could feel my heart skip a beat. If i was a human I would be blushing to high heaven. What have I gotten myself into...
