"This is nice isn't it?" She said as she adjusted herself in the hammock, the pair lying together in a cozy embrace. The sun beamed warm rays as it was soon to set on another perfect day.
"Oh how I could stay here forever with you." Josh let out a small chuckle as he tried to kiss the top of his love's head, lying back with a content sigh.
"I wish we could." She giggled.
The pair was off on a small vacation, a rare occurrence but with tour over- they jumped at the opportunity.
Surrounded by trees and the interesting sounds of nature, they felt relaxed and at home in the small, rented home. Evenings were spent with Josh reading his current read out loud to her by the cozy fire, laying under the sun, dances in the living room and endless laughter. They didn't dare to think about it being over soon.
"Let's go for a walk yeah?" Josh suggested as Star mindlessly played with his fingers, not even bothering to look up at him as she responded.
"Where to?"
"Let's see what we can find, after all you are my lucky Star." He smiled although she couldn't see as she giggled and got out of the hammock, helping him out after.

"Look at all this greenery!" She smiled wide as she spun in a circle with her arms out, referring to the trees around em as Josh followed behind with a smile. "My gosh can you believe mother nature!"
"She's really something huh?" He chuckled as the two followed a trail.
"I've said this so many times and I'll say it again," Star smiled as she stopped, throwing her arms over his shoulders, his hands automatically going to her waist. "I could stay here forever." She grinned before giving her boyfriend a kiss- which he happily returned.
"And so could I," Josh smiled, "I could be anywhere but as long as I'm with you- I'm content. You are my lucky Star after all." He threw a hand over her shoulder and kissed her temple.
"You always say that!" She blushed as the two continued to walk, hands intertwined.
"Because it continues to be true." He shrugged happily as the two looked around and up at the sky. "I heard about a beach here, think we can find it?"
"We can try." Star shrugged and had a feeling of what he'd say next. She wasn't wrong at all because he always took the opportunity.
"Well of course we'll find it! I have my lucky Star with me!" He gushed as she covered her face with her free hand- blushing, as Josh chuckled once again.
"We should come back every year." She smiled as Josh nodded in agreement.
"Think about it," he started with enthusiasm. "Honeymoon, Anniversaries, in the future bring along the kids. It'll be perfect."
"You think about those things?" Star asked in awe as she looked up at him, he smiled wide and looked at the ground- kicking a small pebble.
"Of course I do Star, don't you?"
"Yes, I just don't know how often you do." She chuckled as she wrapped her arms around his side; Josh rubbed her arm in comfort.
"I think about it pretty often," He nodded with a chuckle. The two took their time strolling down the man-made path; the sun was in the early stages of setting giving a golden glow to the environment.
"Look up just ahead!" Josh pointed out in front of him, in the distance waves and waves of foaming blue water. "I told you we'd find it!" He laughed as he dragged her along by the hand, her laughter echoing.
They stopped at the edge, the breeze blowing their hair in sorts of directions.
"C'mon!" Josh smiled as he took the first step down the sandy hill with his hand out for her to take. The two were careful as they made their way down to the rocks.
"Look at this." He calmly said as he stood behind Star, throwing his arms around her as she held his hands- taking in the sunset.
"Gorgeous."She sighed.
"C'mon, let's go for a swim." Josh nodded as he took her hand, dragging her along once again.
"I'm not necessarily dressed for swimming Josh." She gestured towards her simple outfit of a tee-shirt and shorts.
"So what?" He shrugged as he began to remove his tank top. "Just ditch the shorts." He tried to keep his balance as he began to take off his shoes, stripping down to his boxers and ditching his clothing on a rock. "C'mon! it's not even that bad!" He laughed as he began to step foot in the water.
Star shook her head with a breathy chuckle, taking him in with awe, the colors of the sunset adding a nice glow to his face. His tan was accentuated and his smile seemed even more breathtaking then the sunset in front of them.
"Well c'mon Star!" He called cheerfully as he lowered his entire self into the water, emerging almost immediately. He shook his head as the water flew off of his curls, messing them up.
She shook her head again as she ditched her shoes and her shorts, her shirt long enough to cover her underwear for any creeping residents as she set em on the same rock as he had done with his; walking on down.
He was right, the water was just right as she joined him.
"What'd I tell you?" He chuckled as he played with the water, dipping down again.
"Everything about this is absolutely perfect." He said softly as he pulled her in, hands on her hips, the water at mid-chest."Yeah... it really is." She grinned as they met in the middle for a sweet lasting kiss.
"I love you Star." He said with sincerity in every word, another kiss following before he gave her a hug.
"I love you too Josh." She kissed his cheek as she pulled away. She got on his back, hugging him as they watched the sunset.
"What if I just dunked us in?" He joked with a mischievous grin as he held onto her legs.
"Josh you better not, don't ruin this." She said in a jokingly stern voice.
"Too late!" He laughed as he let himself fall, Star emerging with her hair wet and everywhere.
"Josh! I told you not-"
"Ah shut up and kiss me." He interrupted as he pulled her in once again.
