Destiny's P.O.V

"Come home now" dad said over the phone mad.

I am currently at Nicki's with Ali .

"Ok" I said.

I said bye to Ali and Nicki and dani and Jason. Dani is getting so big.

I walked into the house and went to the kitchen where sat dad, and mom.

I stood there and looked at them while behind Spencer came I got he house and stood next to me.

"What's so important " I asked

"Sit" mom said. We sat down a crossed from them.

"I'm scared" I whispered tho loud enough for them all to here.

"What's up" Spencer asked nervous.

"It's Jackie" dad said

I closed my eyes and. I can't even image what happened this time.

"She's taking us to court" dad finally said

"Why" Spencer asked lightly.

"She said that she wants custody over destiny" he closed his eyes and breathed deeply in then out.

"The fuck. She ain't taking me" I said sassy

"If the court says so then yes she will" dad said "don't worry we have tons of evidence and stuff from her kidnapping. Usually the mother gets custody of the child unless you cam prove she was a bad mother . "

"Oh ok" I said

"And I didn't tell you guys , but Drew knows . Legally me and Jackie aren't divorced."

"WHAT!" Me and Spencer yelled at the same time.

"I always made court dates but she never showed up . But then she makes the date and tries to make me look bad" dad said.

"So you guys have to understand we are gonna be on the news a lot lately ok" mom said

We nodded. Why does life have to suck.

"Good thing is it's the court where it's just you. Not a lawyer so it's just us and her. I know destiny your gonna wanna be up there with me so you can. Spencer you watch or come up" dad asked him

"I'll watch" he answered

"I'm gonna watch too" mom said

I nodded and so did dad.

"Well you guys can go if you want, me and destiny need to get our witnesses. Court is in 3 days." Dad said

"Ok witnesses . For like the kidnapping?" I asked

"Duh" he said and I laughed.

We called Becca and cam.

"One more person" dad said

"Who?" I asked

"Justin" he said lightly.

"Oh." I said.

We called Justin and he agreed. He didn't seem very happy.

Everyone sat in the seats while me and dad stood at the table thing. Becca, cam, and Justin sat in seats beside us.

Then there was Jackie at her table thingy.

"Ok let's get started" the judge said.

"Ok Jackie has claimed that she never legally divorced Adam and that he is legally cheating on her and she claims to want custody over her daughter destiny Sandler ." The judge read a paper. "Jackie is this true"
