10. Love you *Kiss*

Tang Yuhan opens the door and sees Su Ran lying unconscious. Looking at her face, he can realize how viciously she too was slapped.

He couldn't take this. He had seen many worst wounds and rough deaths of many people in his life! But seeing Tang Xi and Su Ran hurt his heart felt so miserable!

He made them suffer! He was attending some sh**** meeting while they were suffering here!

He curses Lu Cheng's men to let them die so easily!

Tang Yuhan looks at Su Ran guiltily and doesn't know how to react. He never experienced this feeling before! He knew her for more than four months..but never noticed her keenly...like now.

His mind subconsciously itched to take responsibility for whatever happened. But he wonders " Why am I feeling something weird!?" and shakes the thoughts away from his mind "May be its my guilty conscience ..".

But he couldn't help wonder why he was getting these thoughts recently. He never felt alone ever in his life after crossing certain age. Because after that, he realized no one is there for him to hear his words.

Now even after getting back his family, sometimes he felt tired. Tired of things which he was doing for years! He needed to speak..about him...about his..yes! He wanted someone..who could listen and feel pity on him. ( Author: seriously? pity on you ? The Knight? No one would!!)

He needed someone to make him smile heartily which he had long forgotten in his childhood. In his lifetime the only time he remembered that he smiled like that was....'The day she ran out of the cabin as if he would burn her alive....The girl before me..Su Ran'.

Lu Residence. 5 AM

Lu Cheng sat holding his head by both hands. His eyes were bloodshot and Feng Nie almost slept who was leaning on a chair.

Tianxian didn't dare to move as he realized how angry his chief is, seeing Lu Cheng's face... He looks at Feng sleeping and twitches his lips 'Is he really Chief's friend? How can he sleep so easily!?'.

Lu Cheng blinks irritated and asks in a hoarse voice "What should I do now?".

Tianxian tries to nudge Feng so that he could wake before Lu Cheng sees him. But no use, Tianxian couldn't move as Lu Cheng's bloodshot eyes were already fixed on Feng.

Someone's in trouble...

Lu Cheng's whole body turned cold and his eyes expressed a killing intent. Tianxian gulps and walks towards Feng.

Lu Cheng stares at Tianxian with warning and stands.

Tianxian already stopped in his tracks and sees Lu Cheng taking a water bottle from refrigerator.

Lu Cheng now takes ice cubes and fills them inside the bottle too which had cold water already in it. His eyes were staring only on Feng and he shakes the bottle.

Tianxian "..." Don't tell me....

Lu Cheng walks nonchalantly and thrashes the cold water on Feng with no mercy!

Tianxian opened his eyes wide in shock.

"AHHH!!"

Feng jumps in fright and fell backwards with his chair.

"OWWW!! WHAT THE F***!!" he starts shivering and scowls "Who the hell did this to me!!?".

Feng looks at Tianxian and grunts still shivering "Did you do this!?".

Tianxian raises both hands and shrugs.

Feng pounds on Tianxian in rage "You B******! You are taking revenge -".

Lu Cheng clears his throat and throws the empty bottle from his hand.

Feng was already holding Tianxian's collar but stopped by sound and he even stunned to see the bottle fell from Lu Cheng's hand.

He asks in disbelief "You did that?!".

Lu Cheng furrowed his eyebrows "Did you really sleep while I was asking something so important ?".

Feng wipes his wet face and snorts "Do you think I am a trash? Do you have any idea how busy my day was before we boarded?!". Seems these things were so common between them!

Lu Cheng ignores his complaints and declares "She asked to sign divorce and kid's custody...and I am not doing that!".

Feng removes his damped shirt and walks to grab a towel saying "If you sign this, you would no longer have control on her and not even your kid-".

Tianxian creases his brows in discontent 'Why is he discouraging Chief?'.

Lu Cheng interrupts "But she said she would give us a chance...".

Feng asks patting his face by the towel "Are you sure of convincing her this time at least? Because its your last chance...".

Lu Cheng pinches his nosebridge and hisses "I don't know why is she doing this! I already apologized numerous time-".

Feng chuckles "Don't forget she too was a businesswoman and how could she believe you again!?".

Tianxian blurts "I think she is afraid -".

Feng scoffs mockingly "You don't have to think! And I can bet she is not afraid! She just wants her kid back and wants to free from Lu Cheng this time..".

Tianxian says persuading "No..I know how much she cares for Chief-".

Feng sighs "Oh shut up! She once cared for him but now she hates him... And she just wants to run away-".
