8. Nightmare again!

Bran shrugs innocently "Yeah.." and trails doubtfully.

That's my job right?

Tang Xi's face turned red hearing 'I love my man and he loves me'.

God! Am I crazy?!I am already going insane thinking what would be HIS reaction, if he knows this ...He would start teasing me, if HE hears this conversation.

Tang Xi warns with murder intent "Delete the conversation! Now!".

Bran asks blankly "Why? This is my job! I should report everything to Cheng Lady Lu!".

Tang Xi looks at him and feels hopeless.

No way! I can't make Lu Cheng hear that stupid words! Never!

She whines pitifully, seems this man wouldn't agree so easily "Can't you hide this from him?".

Bran smiles shaking his head "Even I try! Nothing would escape from him! *cough* the whole rescue team is loyal to him...'really' loyal!" stressing last two words.

She nods her head seriously and clears her throat awkwardly "How about cropping some lines..pleeease?".

He looks at her puppy eyes intently and smirks "How about a deal!? You answer my previous question and I will crop the recording !".

Tang Xi grunts sullenly "Fine! Just crop it!".

Bran nods clicking his laptop asking her to crop which part and announces "Done!".

Tang Xi asks "Did you guys watch the complete footage?".

Bran didn't know whether to laugh or cry. He says painfully "You have no idea how many times Cheng made us to watch that!".

Tang Xu blushes hard and explains "I searched everywhere and sat before a waiting room. I watched and waited for a family ..muslim family...the women would cover themselves completely by their black veils right? I asked a lady in restroom to help..so she sent her daughter out of the room removing the veil and dropped me out of the airport with black veil. I guessed you guys would have found that trick!".

Bran looks at her and pretends he was hurt! He holds his chest and requests "Don't tell this to anyone okay?! Especially to Cheng".

He would fire me directly for not finding such a simple trick!

She nods smiling "Thanks for saving me!".

Bran smiles "Thanks to you! You got us some time !".

She rolls her eyes "You guys would have saved her even without me!".

He raises his eyebrow and declares formally "Don't forget Lady Lu! We came there just because You ran to save that girl! If you didn't insist on going I wouldn't have make it early".

She sighs "Where is he? When will he return?".

Bran says doubtfully "Its classified! He went with Feng! It should be something important..Will return in a week I guess?".

She nods and closes her eyes facing away from him.

I am scared to face him! What would be his reaction if he knows, that I risked his kids' life!? Afterall we are together now just because of our kids!

The car stopped.

Tang Xi opens the door. After throwing "Bye", without even seeing Bran, she starts walking inside the villa.

She gradually starts walking fast. The encounter she met was way far from her imagination. Even in her previous 'kidnap' she was afraid, but this time she felt so scared. (May be she wasn't scared due to his presence?)

While talking to Bran she didn't felt so scared may be she was in shock!

She looks around the empty house in terror and runs to her room. She directly enters the bathroom and turns on the shower.

Tang Xi really couldn't understand whether to get happy to be with Lu Cheng for saving her this time or to curse herself to end up in this tragic incident because of her one ruthless move.

She subconsciously shivered recalling Gong's maniac laughs....Tears flew down her cheek and sits hugging her knees.

This was the second time ....After her parents death...she cried for hours..alone..none was there to console her...she badly waited for her mom and dad to come back... to hug her..to pamper her..like always they did...she just wanted to hear their heartbeat by hugging them closely!
