12. Suicide!? Such a stupidity!

Su Ran is walking towards the bus stop and stops abruptly remembering something. She pouts frustrated "I forgot the album!" and turns sullenly muttering "Now I have to walk all the way back..".

She turns and walks seeing the garden on the way to the villa. 'Why do all build such a big homes?! Its really hard to walk!'.

VROOOOM

She looks at Tang Yuhan's car before her and bows formally with a sweet smile.

Unfortunately Tang Yuhan is her boss now, so she has to respect him no matter what he does!

Tang Yuhan gets out from the car and informs "Forget about the day off. I have an important task for you for a couple of days".

Su Ran's face instantly went sad and sulks "Chief! I just discharged from hos-".

Tang Yuhan scoffs "Aren't you still alive and fine? Then why do you need day off? Don't overreact for this simple thing!" and throws a card from his wallet nonchalantly "Keep this. I need you to take Tang Xi out for two days. I will send someone to guide you".

He opens the car door and says looking her "And..You are staying in Tang Villa till your place gets reconstructed!". He sits in his car and drives away.

Su Ran "...." What the f***!!

'Did he just say that was a simple thing!?!! No day off ?!! I AM OVERREACTING!!! HE IS RUDE!! SOOO RUDE!! HUMPH!! Does he really think me as a human?! Such a merciless boss!!'.

Su Ran twitches her lips "Till my place gets reconstructed? How long it would take!? Would he kill me if I disobey him?". She rubs her temples and smiles bitterly "At least I would be safe with mam!".

Tang Xi is sitting in the living room while reading some book and frowns looking at Su Ran. She asks "Didn't you say you have a date?".

Su Ran sighs rubbing her empty stomach "Mam! I am hungry !!".

Tang Xi shakes her head helplessly "You are crazy! Come lets go to the kitchen".

Su Ran walks with her and asks while eating "Mam? Why don't I see Mr.Lu? Are you guys-".

Tang Xi clears her throat interrupting and says reading the book "You shouldn't talk while eating".

Su Ran smiles "Mam! Don't avoid my question. I owe you my life as you saved me and I have to do something for you! Please tell me. Didn't you two meet yesterday?".

Tang Xi snorts "You don't owe me anything because Lu Cheng's men saved you. So if you really want to do something then do that for them!".

Su Ran giggles "Both are same, aren't they!? Please tell me ! You guys met right!? Mam! Please tell me?".

Tang Xi "..." Both are same?! Why is she after us?

Su Ran sees Tang Xi's silence and sighs pitifully "Mam..I think ..I have gone overboard..I am sorry".

Tang Xi closes the book and looks defeated at Su Ran "Do you really wanna do something for me?".

Su Ran nods earnestly "Yes!".

Tang Xi declares "Then stop speaking about him!". I am really tired of thinking about him!

Su Ran pouts disappointed "But why?!! Mr.Lu is sooo good!". At least he won't lie and take credit of others like this chief!!

Tang Xi purses her lips and sees Su Ran darkly 'This girl! Working for me but supporting Lu Cheng?! Should I fire her?'.

Su Ran says persuading "Mam! Do you guys really in cold war now? But why?! I know how much he cares-". for you.

Tang Xi rubs her forehead and says standing "Stop mentioning him Su Ran!".

Su Ran sighs and says timidly by changing the topic "Chief told to assist you for two days...and Also said you are going somewhere".

Tang Xi frowns "I am going somewhere? How could I don't know?". She calls Tang Yuhan while muttering 'I can't travel long- '.

Tang Yuhan attends the call and already guessed that Su Ran would have done her 'job'. He declares "Xi, You need a break. Stop stressing yourself for him. I will arrange everything and don't ask any questions!".

Tang Xi "But where-" No questions?

Tang Yuhan asks without letting her to speak "Do you believe me?".

Tang Xi frowns "Yes but-".

Tang Yuhan says "Then do as I say. No more questions!".

Tang Xi chuckles "Alright! Do whatever you want! I too need a break but I can't travel long-".

Tang Yuhan interrupts "I know".

Tang Xi sighs "Okay" and lets a deep breath "I shouldn't stress myself. If he doesn't understand my point of view, then why should I keep on thinking about him? After all... it wasn't my fault from the start!".

Su Ran comes finishing her breakfast "Mam! I will help you in packing".

Tang Xi nods and says "Just call my name..Hearing you say 'mam' makes me feel aged!".

Su Ran giggles and nods. As Su Ran too started feeling close with Tang Xi.
