I slump into school, knowing that it IS school. I see Amy fighting with Brenda, Switch & Blade, also arguing, and Mikey and his friends are being 'cool'. I walk over to my locker, not satisfied by anything. "Hey, gay mcballs face!" Mikey calls at me, I don't look, whats the point? But at that moment, the whole school stops to stare at these...angels? There they were, walking it, they did it like one of those 'slow motion movies' no-one minded, as they were kinda...cute? The whole of year 9 stared at them. Mikey walks up to them,which is obvious. "Hey, sexy, how are you?" He says to the one dressed in shorts and a singlet, she turns away, not looking interested. Instead, she crosses eyes, and somehow, we meet eye-contact. She smiles at me, I couldn't help but smiling back. "You, don't want to talk to him, he is a gay faggot!" Mikey says. The girl snickers, "And your not?" I hear her say, I couldn't hold it in, I HAD to laugh. So did everyone else. The other girl, (I'm guessing there twins because they SO look alike) looks at Mikey with a twinkle in her eye. She starts chatting him up. "Hey, Shane...Shane? EARTH TO SHANE!" Kershlee says. I come back to reality, "Ooops, sorry Kersh, what were you saying?" Kershlee grins. "It's the new girl, isn't it, you LIKE her, don't you?" Kershlee laughs, but like, in a nice way. Just as I went to hug her, her boyfriend came over. "Hey, Shane, Kershy!" He says. His name is Michael Gallagher, but he has a YOUTUBE just like me, he directs and stuff, he is REALLY good. "Hey, Michael." I say, but as I say hi, I realise Michael and Kersh were...kissing. Oh well..."Hello, my name's Tayla. Um, can you maybe give me directions to my locker?" A golden voice says. I turn around, it's the girl that smiled at me AND turned down Mikey. "Uh...Um....My names Shane! Uh, your locker? Sure! What number?" I say without trying to sound demented. Too late, I think I already did...."It's 150." She says. I gasped, it's only right next to mine! "It's right here, just next to my locker." I say, smiling. "Cool, thanks, Shane? Is it?" I nod. "Mhhm..Oh, and also, dont worry about Mikey, he comes on a little strong..." Tayla looks confused. "The one that chatted you up earlier." I say giving her hints, she finally gets it. "Oh, him, he is an asshole, too bad my sister likes him." She says, sighing. By the time I got to know Tayla, it was class time. "So, what do you have?" I say, peering at her timetable. "English with....Mrs. Goldstein, is she nice?" I start laughing, Tayla looks kinda hurt? "Sorry, it's just, Mrs.Goldstein is a bit of a drunkie, and a bitch. So, be careful what you say around her!" I encourage. Tayla gives me a warm smile. "Thanks for the warning, Shane." I laugh, and I think. No problem....
