"how could i send these pictures to you?"

"you don't need to."

"i'm sorry?"

noticing the once blue sky had became a dark shade of grey, the two- who had been spending time snapping pictures of each other- decided to go home.

the woman, who hadn't introduced herself, told him that she came to find a new environment, and that she had never went to seoul, even though a relative of her had lived there for years.

when youngjae asked her why, she replied, "i was in an un- uh, what was that word again? anyways, i was busy with my personal issues that i didn't join the others who helped him move here, so i didn't get the chance to."

she sighed as youngjae nodded.

"what about you?"

youngjae shrugged. "it's been years, but i don't like to go out much, so i'm not familiar with seoul, too."

more like you couldn't go anywhere without being lost, he sneered at himself.

"do you know your way back to your apartment, though?" she asked again. youngjae had offered to accompany her to where she would stay, insisting that it wasn't safe for her to wander alone in the dark, especially when she had just stepped into this city.

"i could ask for my roommate to fetch me if things go wrong..." he trailed off, feeling bad for daehyun.

she nodded.

they resumed their walk in silence. youngjae wasn't aware of where they were going until the woman stopped in front of a door.

ah, this must be it.

"well then, i guess i'll be going?" youngjae questioned as she knocked on the door.

"i think so. thanks for today, really," she replied with a smile, which youngjae returned. then, he slowly stepped away.

"yoo youngjae, where have you been?!"

youngjae whipped his head towards the door, seeing it got slammed open, revealing his best friend jung daehyun.

wait a minute.

"daeun?!"

"daehyun?!"

"youngjae?!?!"
