Chapter 2: Elf Settlement.

As I know, elves are peace loving creatures, they live in the forest in peace, but what I am seeing is not that, Humans are taking them as slaves, how is that peace? Especially beautiful elves.

"Hurry up and load the merchandise! I can see promising beautiful elves who the nobles would enjoy!" The fat man said.

The knights kept dragging the elves, then I charged in.

"YAAAA!" I shouted and sliced the nearest knight.

*SLASH*

I slashed his throat, blood sprayed out of his throat.

"W-What?! Who are you?!" Said the fat man in the horse

"You should let the horse go, with your weight you'll only kill the horse." I said to provoke him, his face turned red in anger and shouted

"K-Kill that man!" He shouted and knights came rushing in,

I took a stance, holding the sword on my right hand and the buckler on my left hand.

*SLASH*

I slashed most of them, the others retreated back, I blocked the incoming attacks with my buckler and parried with them my sword.

[Enemies are feeling fear, there are chances that they might run away.]

A window popped up again.

"R-Retreat for now! We will come back here!" After that fat man said they ran away, they carried their wounded teammates and their fallen teammates.

"R-Remember this! I am a Slave Trader, I will capture all of the Elves and sold them in high price!" Then they rode their horses and galloped away.

I heave a sigh of relief and sheathe my sword.

"Well that's that." I turn to the elves and looked at them, they all look thin, are they experiencing famine?

"T-Thank you brave one, w-we are the Forest Elves, we do not have anything we can offer, as you can see we are experiencing great famine and those humans kept attacking us." An elf said, he looks like older because of his beard but his face looks young, yep fantasy elves.

"Do you need any help? I know you'll be cautious because I'm a human too, but I'm not like those humans who attempted to kidnap you." I said to reassure them.

All of them cowered, well It's to be expected because they were almost taken by humans.

"I-I didn't know you are a human, please do not kill us!" The guy said and bowed down.

"It's okay, I said that I'm different from those humans you see, I do not let anyone perish like that, In fact do you need help?" I asked.

"Y-yes we do need help, we are short on food, some of us are sick, the forests' magic beats are getting stronger by any second, we cannot hunt because we do not have weapons or materials to make weapons, we are in a dire situation." The man said

"Is that so? Then I will help you, but in one condition, this condition is needed for me to be able to help you." I said

"A-And what is that condition brave one?" He asked

"Let me be the ruler of this settlement for me to help you." I said

They were startled on what I said,

"Y-You will rule us?! That is a bit..." He said

"Well, I cannot bring you the food you need." I said

He was thinking for a second and answered

"A-As the chief of the Forest Elves I will transfer the leadership to you." He said and light shone on my body.
