I'm Into You.

Calum and I have been friends for a long time. We went to preschool together and now were senior, last year of school together and hopefully we still talk. I could tell Calum anything, he can tell me anything too, sometimes it got personal but we were really close so why does it matter?

I was at my locker getting my books. I closed it once i got all my things. "Hi beautiful" I jumped as i seen Calum beside my locker. "Calum dont ever do that again!" He just stood there laughing at me, i then playfully hit his arm. He rubbed the area like it hurt, which i know it didnt, but he still did. 

"Can i walk you to class?" Calum asked, which was a stupid question because he always walked me to class. "Duh idiot" I said laughing, "Hey dont call me that, thats not nice Rylie". "Cal, you know i was kidding". "Yeah i know" Calum said with a small smile appering on his face.

We walked to our first class, which was science and we had our first 3 classes together, and of course we always sit beside eachother. Everyone always asks us if were dating, its kind of annoying but i can see why they ask that. I mean come on we do everything together, walk together, hang out together, and sit together. Some people always say "are you sure your not dating" or "you guys are lying to us". It kinda makes me mad too, because we get asked every single day, but im starting to get used to it. The teacher even thinks were dating, hes just my best friend, cant a girl have a guy best friend for once? I mean yeah me and Cal are really close but still. 

As the bell rang, we got our stuff together, when one of us gets our stuff ready first, we always wait for eachother. Our next class was Algebra, ugh i hate that class. Calum is so good at math, then theres me. Claums best friend Luke was in that class with us. Luke was cool and nice, we just dont really talk a lot, like if Calum is sick and didnt go to school, Luke always talks to me and helps me with math. His mom is a math teacher so im sure his best subject is math. The algebra techer gave us assigned seats but Cal and I told him we cant be slip apart for certain reasons, which was a lie but he helped me in algebra so we lied. 

As the bell rang for our third class, we went to Global Studied, I was really good at that and got good greats, but Calum wasnt so great, his other two best friends, Michael and Ashton, was in that class with us. Michael has a major crush on me but i dont like him all like that now. Ashtons laugh is adorable, i talk to them once in a while like Luke and i talk, but i dont really talk to them unless Calum is around. Cal and i sat beside eachother in that class too, the teacher always tried to get us to confirm if we were dating or not, and we werent. How many times do we have to tell people this? Were not dating.

Sad to say the bell rang and Cal had to go to study hall, then i went to English. I dont get the point in this class when i already know english. I mean im american right? So i shouldnt need to learn it.

The next bell was for me to go to study hall then Cal went to english, we passed eachother in the hall way everytime and said hi and hugged then went to our classes, when we didnt have classes together we always tried to text eachother. He never really got any work done in english because he would always text me. We are actually un-seprateable, we were always texting eachother, and if we werent texting we would either be on the phone with eachother, or facetiming. Or we would be hanging out. I can see why people think were dating but i dont at the same time.

As the next bell rang, it was time for lunch, Calum always waited for me by the doors, some how he would always get there first, he must take a short cut or something. Thank god we had lunch together, i didnt want to sit alone, i have none of my friends in my classes but i do at lunch. Katelyn, Paige, thats it. Katelyn, Paige, Cal and I sat at one table, Katelyn was dating Calums other friend Aaron, they werent as close but they were still friends, Paige likes Michael but he likes me, at least i think he still does, im not sure. We all went up to get out lunch, and it was Friday and every Friday, its pizza day. I hate school lunches but the pizza was kinda good for being a school lunch. 

After lunch, Cal and I got to leave early since we were seniors and already had our main classes. "Do you want me to take you home or do you want to come to my house for a little bit?" Claum asked me. "Well i have to drive my car to my house then you can follow me and ill go to your house unless you want me to drive to your house?" "Nah, ill follow you to your house" Calum said in return with a smile on his face. He hugged me then went straight to his car and i went to mine.

Once we got to my house, i parked the car, grabbed my keys, i went in my house real quick to get my phone charger and extra clothes incase i fall asleep at his house or if he does and doesnt feel like bringing be back home. "I'll be back out in a minute Cal" "No i want to come in too". Calum spoke back. We both smiled at eachother and walked to the door, my house wasnt very big since i lived on my own, my own parents kicked my out. I repeat my OWN parents, they never talk to me anymore, i havent spoke to them in about a year. I dont remember why they kicked me out to be honest, but they did. I unlocked the door and went straight to my room to get my stuff, i cam out about 5 minutes later. "Im ready to go Cal." I said as i walked out to the living room, and smiled at him. He smiled back "Okay lets go then" He put his left arm around my side and set his hand on my lower back, i locked the door but before i shut it, i made sure i had my keys. I shouldnt hav worried if i left them in there because Calum has a spare key. He shut the door behind him, we walked to his car and he opened the door for me like the gentel man he was. He shut the door once i was in and he got in too.

Once we got to his house we walked in and i went straight to his room and set my bag down, Cal also lived alone because his parents kicked him out, he never had the chance to tell me why, but thats alright. There were some things he told me that i didnt really want him to, and im pretty sure there are some things i told him that he didnt want to know. Sometimes we got a little to personal but we were close so that shouldnt matter, he was my best friend for crying out loud. He was there for me when i needed it and i was there for him when he needed it. I walked back down the hallway as i was getting ready to walk in the living room, i heard calum talking to his self. "Okay Calum, pull yourself together, watch a movie with her, then tell her how you feel". Did he like me? Was he mad at me? I didnt know but i was kinda worried. I walked into the living room and acted like i didnt hear him. "Okay Cal, what do you want to do?" I aksed, "Uhh how about watch a movie? Does that sound alright?". I feel like he likes me, but i doubt that, wouldnt he think that would ruin our friend ship? I start to think to my self, i think i like him too. I mean how couldnt i? We did eveything together. Litteraly, everything. "Yeah, you pick out the movie and ill make popcorn." I walked into the kitchen to make popcorn. Once it was done i put the popcorn in a big bowl and then i walked into the living room and Calum had blankets on the floor, he moved the coffee table so we had room to lay there and watch the movie. I layed down beside him and we coved up, it wass actually pretty cold in the living room because he always had the A/C on. He looked at me and smiled, "I hope you like scary movies" i knew he would do that, i hate scary movies "You know i hate scary movies, i should slap you" I hit his arm play fully. He just layed there and smiled, he never told me what the movie was called, i guess it was a suprise. We laied there and waited for the movie to start. Once it got half way into the movie, i found that it wasnt scary, i looed at calum from the corner of my eye. I was zoned out and he didnt know i was looking at him. As i was zoned out, a loud scream came on the movie and i jumped and cuddled up to Cal. He laughed as i wrapped my arms around him and hid my head on his chest. He just kept laughing and wrapped his arms around me. After the movie he turned the tv on and just let music play and turned the lights off, it was quiet for a little bit. "Rylie, i have to tell you something" Calum said breakin the silence. "Yeah what is it Cal?" i looked him in the eyes, he was staring at the tv and wouldnt look back at me. i could see him but not all that good since the tv was the only light. "Well i dont know what you will say but are you sure you want me to tell you?" "Yes Cal, im sure, you can tell me anything, your my bestfriend, you can trust me with anything." He sounds so nervous and im kind of scared for what he wants to tell me. "Well i-uh-uhm" He started to say. "Spit it out Cal"...
