Chapter 10: The Looming Shadow.

so before we start this chapter i've got a few things to say.

first of all, holy shit how did we hit 2k views?! i've gotta thank you all for reading and enjoying this story so far and i hope you stick with it until the end! 

secondly since this is chapter 10 that means the voting period has ended and the Harem option got picked, now i am applying a rule to this however, i'm only going to allow 5 girls in the harem.

two slots have already been taken up with Midnight and Blake, so i'll let you guys pick which other three get added in.

one last thing, please consider checking out Tuscag and 1-UP-Mushroom if you haven't already, these two make amazing stories and are probably way better than i am at creating quality content.

Now without further ado... ONTO THE STORY! 

Silence filled the air as Team (Y)MKR began walking back to their dorm with Emerald and Mercury in tow, the later seeming to have a permanent scowl on his face.

(Y/N): so, I'm guessing you two got into some serious trouble if the old man brought you here...

Emerald: old man? Wait, you mean-

(Y/N): yes, he's my dad... and it's not just every day that he drags two kids wearing electro shock collars along with him.

Kuro: and your crime must've been rather horrid for the white wolf to show up and grab you.

Mercury: tch, can we just get to the dorm already? I'd rather not have a friendly little chat with people who have it easy.

Emerald: Mercury, calm down.

(Y/N): nah, it's fine... I understand how he feels, believe it or not pops used to be a thief rather than a huntsman, it's why he didn't turn you guys over to the Atlas military.

Mercury: Atlas? Why would he turn us over to them?

(Y/N): because general ironwood arrived today, and he wasn't too happy about hearing that Oz had let you in... hell if it hadn't been for pops being there you two would more than likely be on the first ship out of here.

Midnight: he has a lot more authority than you'd think... it's crazy to think that a faunus has that high of a social standing.

With a smile on his face (Y/N) opens the door to the dorm and walks inside showing off the rather large dorm compared to the other student dorm rooms.

Emerald: do you all have your own rooms?!

Kuro: yes... I don't know why we were given this particular dorm but we were.

(Y/N): well it works out, everyone has their own room and these two can either bunk with one of us or sleep in the living room.

Mercury: I'll take the couch.

Emerald: I'd prefer to share a room with one of the women...

Midnight: oh! How about you bunk with me? I'm sure we'd get along!

Emerald: uh... sure?

A little gleeful smile forms on Midnight's face as she begins dragging Emerald off to their room while Mercury just sighs and sits on the couch.

(Y/N): well now that everything's been settled, Kuro, mind keeping an eye on our new teammates for a bit?

Kuro: sure, might I ask where you're going though?
