"JAMES!! GET YOUR MOTHER SOME CIDER!" Mr. Hamilton yelled from the master bedroom of the house.
"Yes father," James Hamilton responded. He went outside to the beverage barrels and fetched some cider for his mother in a glass. He brought it to his father at the door gingerly.
"Can I see him yet father?" James questioned.
"James?" Asked a quiet voice.
"Mama? Can I see him?" James asked impatiently.
"Yes, son," Mrs. Rachel Faucette Hamilton said, while smiling. James raced into the room and sat down in the bed softly next to his mother. "Here he is," Mrs. Hamilton says, showing little baby Alexander to James. "Would you like to hold him?" Mrs.Hamilton smiled.
"Yes very much... I'll call you little Alex. What do you think mama?" James asked eagerly. Rachel nodded. "I like this little guy."
