She climbed up to the roof,
These negative thoughts are overpowering.
The demon had won;
He is getting what he wanted all along;
Her body,mind and soul.
There is nothing she had power of.
The demon threatened her life;
She let the river flow,
And let everyone's screams be heard,
The demon screams,
Do it.
Do it.
Do it.
She looks over the roof,
Of which stands high,
And contemplates her life.
Do it.
Do it.
Do it.
She heard the demon clearly,
"Trust me I'm planning. But I must first say a few last words."
She sat down, her feet over the edge,
And began writing what would be the only thing left of her.
If you are reading this, I am gone.
I have killed Myself.
Don't pity; forget me and move on.
'Short but sweet' she thought.
She stood back up, over that edge,
And jumped.
She kept falling,
Farther
Farther
Farther
And farther.
The note still in her hand;
She hit the ground face first,
Instantly dying.
She lay still,
Breathing no more.
The demon had won;
He got what he wanted;
She did it;
But he wasn't satisfied;
So on to the next.
