Mike Wheeler: A.V Club

 Mike's POV

I walked into the A.V Club and saw a large box there. I opened it to see our new telecom set. I pulled out the 5 telecoms and grabbed our team labels. I put one on for Dustin, Lucas, Will and I but couldn't find Y/n's labels.

The door opens and the three boys begin to get excited about their coms. I watch the door in hopes Y/n will walk in. I liked her, and have for a while. The boys already know but they tease me about it. She walks in and I smile. I take out the com for her and she smiles while she takes it in her hand.

"Thanks, Mikey," She says ruffling my hair. Lucas runs over to his box with Dustin and puts their coms in them.

"Where are you guys going?" I ask a little annoyed.

Dustin looks over and says "We're headed to my house, we have work to do."

I swallow hard as they run out. I look at the window to see Will looking outside. "My mom's not here yet," he says turning back to Y/n and I.

I sit in a seat and starts fiddling with the com. I look around for a second to see Will staring out the window still. Y/n was writing notes in her book. I climb out of my seat and go to her. "Hey Y/n. What're you doing tonight?"

She looks at me and says "I'm working on the Science Work. Why? What's up?" She puts her notebook down on the table. I stand up while tugging at her hand to bring her with me. She stands up and I walk her out of the room. We get two steps out the door before hearing "Where are you guys going?"

We look back in the room to see a confused Will. I quickly answer "To go find Mr. Clarke." I look down at Y/n after saying that. She smiles up at me. Will stands up.

"I've got nothing better to do, I'll come." He walks over to us and Y/n takes the lead.

We walked around for a few minutes until Y/n yelled down a hallway "Mr. Clarke!"

He turned around and began walking our way. "Hey, guys. What's up?"

I smiled and said, "Are you coming to see the super coms now?"

He got excited and said, "Almost forgot, thanks for the reminder." He nodded his head as he followed us back to the A.V room. He was talking to Will and I walked behind them with Y/n.

"Hey um... I was trying to ask earlier. Do you understand the work from our English class?" I looked at her and she looked back. The most beautiful eyes staring back into my own.

"I do, why? Do you need help?" I nodded my head positively. I didn't actually need help, I just wanted to spend time with her.

"Well... How about... I do your science and... You do my English?" I stopped her walking and looked into her eyes.

She smirked and nodded her head "For sure! You wanna just come to my house after A.V?"

I nodded my head and she began walking towards the club room again. I smiled at the thought of going to her house. I caught up to her and said: "Wanna just go now?"

She nodded her head and said, "If you want to, sure."

We walked into the A.V Club room. We started collecting our things and Mr. Clarke looked at us.

"Where are you two headed off to?" He asks, causing Will to look over.

"We're going to my house to work on Science and English," Y/n responded.

I smiled at her saying it and Will smirked at me. Mr. Clarke said he would stay with Will till Joyce arrived and Y/n was bringing me to her house.

We got to her house and she opened the door. I heard barking and a dog ran over. Golden and white coloured. "Hello, Alpha!" She started petting all over his body.

I looked at her and asked, "What kind of dog is he?"

"He's an Akita. He's a real sweetheart, I promise." I nodded my head in understanding and kneeled down to pet him after taking off my shoes and coat.

She stands up and does hang them up for me while I pet Alpha. Alpha licked my hand and Y/n's mother called for him causing him to run away. I stand up and Y/n's mother comes from the kitchen.

I smile and she smiles back "Michael, are you finally dating my-"

"-MOM!" Y/n yells cutting her mom off.

Her mom blushes and leaves back to the kitchen with Alpha right on her tail. Y/n grabs my arm and pulls me to her room. We enter the room and she sits on her bed. "Come sit Mike."

I do as directed and she pulls her Science work from her bag. She hands it to me and I do the same with my English giving it to her. We sit there for an hour or so and she finally turns to me saying "Completed."

I look up and say "I'm just finishing up the last two questions for you."

She climbs on the bed and sits close to me. I could feel her breath on my neck as she laid her head on my shoulder to read what I was writing. I slowly looked down at her and she looked up at me.

She asked, "Shouldn't you have done your own work so you'd understand it yourself, Mike?"

I swallow hard and whisper "Probably. I can say the same thing for you though." She shrugs and continues to stare at me. I whisper "Where did we meet again?"

Her lips were inches from mine and she whispers "A.V Club."

I nod and whisper "I like A.V club."

"I like it too."

"I like you." I took in the words that slipped from my lips and she blushed and smiled. I swallowed hard and chuckled a bit before she kissed me. I kissed back closing my eyes. She pulled away after we heard the door open. Her mom stood there with the biggest smile EVER.

Y/n held my hand and kept her head on my shoulder as her mother left. I looked down at her again and said: "I think your mother has officially lost her mind Y/n."

She nodded her head before we were kissing again.

A few months later we walked into the A.V Club holding hands and Will squealed. "Every day I see you two holding hands, makes me happy."

I smirked and Will ran out to find the others. I turned to Y/n and kissed her. She giggled and looked at the door where Mr. Clarke was smiling. Dustin pushed past Mr. Clarke and screamed "KISS AGAIN!" while holding up a camera.

"Dustin!" I started laughing with Y/n.

Dustin scoffs and says "You suck!"
