YOUNG CHRISTINA RICCI AS DIANE HARRIS
PLOT Bill Denbrough and Stanley Uris use to be the best of friends but after the summer of '86 they slowly drifted apart. All though they drifted apart, Bill never forgot about Stanley, or his love for birds. Flash forward to their junior year, Stanley's high school career is phenomenal; student body president, President of the debate team, and Varsity baseball player. Stanley had not thought about his past life or friends for years, not until he saw a familiar head of auburn hair sitting in Derry's high school dugouts.
IMPORTANT DETAILS
• Bill and Stan are baseball players ( obviously )
• Stanley is so far in the closet, it hurts.
• The reason Stanley drifted away from Bill and the other losers is because he almost kissed Bill. Before he actually kissed him he got up and left. He hasn't spoken to the losers since, thinking they knew and would judge him.
• I DON'T CARE WHEN OR HOW BUT I NEED A COCKY SCENE WHERE BILL IS STARING INTO STANLEY'S EYES AND LIPS AND JUST GOES "meet me in the dugouts."
• Diane catches Stanley and Bill making out in the dugouts. She's disgusted at what she see's and shouts at him. Which just pushes him further in the closet.
• Stan begins hanging out with the losers again, which surprises them, considering he's a popular jock now.
• At a party a drunk Stan confesses his feelings and how badly he wanted to kiss Bill that night a few years ago. Bill and Stanley end up making out and slightly hooking up after that.
• Stan gets outed, which causes him to completely ignore Bill. He still hangs out with the other losers though. This destroys bill because it feels like a repeat of the night he lost his best friend.
