some days my past comes knocking
sometimes it's just to acknowledge me
for my good deeds no one ever notice
of old movies and funny conversations
of in-jokes only myself can understand
and of times being reckless was funny.other days my past comes barging
most times it doesn't even knock
and it comes with full force
giving me a good seat on a guilt trip
to muss over all the sins I hid in my safe
the ones I couldn't be forgiven for.today my past will come calling
it won't even ring a doorbell
I feel it's coming
dressed up to the nines
and down on it's mark at my mind
today my little demons will come calling
today I won't pickup!........................................
