My name is Taesen Pierce I was born to born to Genevieve and Matthew Pierce. I've always been a quiet kid who minded her own business. I was never one to hang around big groups and would rather be by myself.
I've always dreamed of being the first person to time travel and attempt to make the world a better place, piece by piece. My father was my biggest supporter.
He knew that one day I would inherit the magic he possessed and my dreams would come true, but he didn't expect me to obtain them at such a young age.
On May 3rd of 2012, my mother got really sick. The distress I felt at her situation caused my powers to start developing early. My mother was eventually diagnosed with stage 2 lung cancer and all I wanted to do was to change her fate. Without realizing it, I did, in fact, change her fate but not in the way I had hoped. I had caused the cancer to progress at a rapid rate and was forced to watch my mother fade away before my very eyes. Forced to know it was my fault.
At that point my father knew that it was time to take me away and teach me how to cultivate and control my magic before I did more damage than good. That day I made a vow that when I was strong enough I would bring my mother back no matter the consequences.
That was 8 years ago. To this day I miss her more and more, and to know it's my fault that she's not here breaks my heart... I just hope I'm strong enough to right my wrongs.
