Thirty Nine: Don't ask

Jack and I have been just sitting and looking at each other for the past five minutes

"Look, Jack. I'm sorry. I don't know what that was, and i know it shouldn't have happened, but you have some explaining to do as well so don't just sit there and act like i'm the only one in the wrong." I stand up and cross my arms

"I broke everything off with her. I told her I was back with you, I deleted her number, unadded her, unfollowed her, all of it. I don't know what her deal is." He reassures me as he grabs my hands

"I'm sorry Jack." I apologize and pull him into a hug as he just laughs lightly, we pull apart and i give him a look

"The way you fought her for me, it was kinda hot." He smirks and i just shake my head

"Whatever." I just roll my eyes as my phone goes off

"Holy shit." I practically yell as i read a text from my father

"What?" Jack asks as he tries to look over my shoulder to see the text

"zaCH!" I yell as i practically throw myslef down the stairs. "Zach!"

"What?" He yells back as i practically jump on him

"I got it!" I scream as i throw my phone at him

He catches it and reads the text, his face lighting up just as much as mine has

"No fucking way!" He yells with excitement as he hugs me

"What?!" Jack yells again and Zach throws my phone at him 

"Come get you'r brothers. Custody is yours. Go live with Zach like you wanted i guess." 

"Wait, What?" Jack asks in confusion

"Zach will explain! I gotta go! Angel?! Angel? Where's angel??" I yell in a panicked 

"At Jessie's!" Zach yells

"Explain to her too! I gotta go!" I yell as i grab my already packed bags along with Jonah 

"What? Why me?" Jonah yells as i drag him along

"Just drive!" I yell as i throw the key's at him

"I'm so confused!" He yells as he gets in the car 

"I'll explain on the way!" I buckle up as hw drives me to the airport 

I run inside and buy the first ticket i could back home 

I sit in the airport, just waiting. I've been waiting for this since mom died, and its finally happening...

Jack's POV

"What the hell is happening?" I ask as Zach gets off the phone with his mom

"Nikki has wanted custody of the kids since her mom passed away, but her father never allowed it because he didn't want to have to pay any child support when he didn't have to. Nikki was home so he had a built in babysitter. But now she's not, he would rarher give them up than have to actually be responsible and pay then attention. And mom has agreed, when Nikki first spoke on it, that once she got custody, mom would take over so Nik could still have a life. This is huge." Zaxh explains to us all, a huge smile plastered across his face 

"Oh my god. I should be with her. I should be supporting her and helling her. Jonah, let's go." I get up, grab my jacket and throw the keys ar jonah 

"Here we go again." He rolls his eyes as i grab my passport and we go

We get the the Airport and I see Nikki waiting.

"Babe?" She asks as she stands up and sees me

"Hey, gorgeous." I smile as i hug her

"What are you doing here?" She asks as she lets go of the hug

"Im coming with. I got my ticket online." I smile and she cheers

"Thank you Jack. I love you." She smiles happily

"I love you too." I reply and we just wait
