Sicheng's POV:
I got off the phone with Taeyong and he still had no leads on the girls which made me frown. I put my phone back in the pocket and started to tell Hae Soo but the moment I turned around, my heart dropped, she was no longer standing beside me. "H-hae Soo, baby...." I said as I peered around the corner only to see her not there either. Without any further thought, I took off, looking everywhere possible but still not seeing her. She was not the type of person to play a prank like this in this situation so I knew in my heart that this was for real.
I started to hyperventilate and panic as I realized it was all my fault. I should have paid attention to her and not let her walk off on her own. I mentally smacked myself and tried to calm down, hoping with everything I had, that she was safe. I pulled out my phone once again, crying as I saw the picture of the two of us kissing on my lockscreen. I dialed Taeyong's number and waited for him to answer, pacing around the room. Finally he picked up and I couldn't calm down as I tried to speak.
"H-hae...soo...she's.." I said through tears but couldn't say what I wanted to. "Calm down, Sicheng what's wrong?" Taeyong said, worried. "They took her...Taeyong I don't know what to do, this is all my fault...they have the love of my life." I cried even more, wanting this to all be just a dream. "Oh my god, just walk outside where we split up and I will call the others." He said. I hung up and wiped my tears. "Baby please be okay." I said, walking towards the door, the people walking through the hallway looking at me funny.
I walked outside and took a deep breath of air, closing my eyes as the tears began to fall once again. "I'll find you." I said to myself. I charged forward, the rage of the whole situation kicking in as I made my way to where Taeyong told me to meet him at. I waited for about ten minutes, hoping to see Hae Soo walk up next to me but she didn't. "There he is!" I heard Mark yell and looked up to see the three of them running towards me.
I stood up as they made it to where I was at, giving them a sad look. "What happened?" Taeyong said, wanting the whole story. I explained it to him, still barely able to speak as tears flowed into my mouth, almost choking me. "Don't worry, we'll get her back." Donghyuck said, comforting me as he began to cry too while the others also did. "I already called the other boys, they will keep an eye out for all of the girls. We will get them back." Taeyong reassured me. I nodded and wiped my tears, straightening my posture.
"I will find her and get her home safe if it is the last damn thing I'll ever do." I said. The three of them looked at me, speechless, never seeing me so serious as I was in this moment. "They fucked with the wrong guy's girlfriend." I said, sniffling. Whoever did this to my Hae Soo was going to pay for it. "Let's go take a break from a bit to calm dow-" Mark said before I cut him off. "No, I am going to find my woman." I said, walking off from them, the three of them trailing right behind me as I charged to a certain person I suspected from the moment I heard about missing girls.
Who else would be enough of a creep to do that than Mr.Byun? I frowned as I charged into the building. The three of them kept trying to ask me what waa going on but I just ignored them as I made my way to his classroom. About the time they realized exactly where I was going, it was too late to stop me as I pushed open his door, seeing him at his desk with the two girls Hae Soo and I saw earlier doing homework in seats near him.
I charged up to his desk as the others caught up to me. "Oh, hi Sicheng, how can I help you-" I cut him off. "What did you do to her?!" I yelled, walking towards his desk. "I don't know what you're talking about sir." He said innocently, giving me a smile and acting casual. "You took the love of my life away from me. I know it was you you son of a bitch. How could you hurt someone so sweet as Hae Soo?!" I yelled before I felt Taeyong tugging me back, apologizing. "He's drunk right now sir, you'll have to excuse us." He lied.
Before I could question him further, they dragged me out into the hallway. "What the hell are you doing? I know you're upset but you can't just go accusing people, especially not an authority figure, you could get kicked out of school for that." He said. I knew it was true but I couldn't help it, I needed to find her. I shrugged his touch off my shoulder and walked away. I would continue to search for her no matter what it would take. "Damn it Sicheng, I know you're upset. We lost out girlfriends too, we know what you're going through, how much you want to find her, we know, but you can't do it like this, you have to be safe and to take care of yourself too." Mark said, making me stop.
Those words hit me hard but...how could I not search for her every minute? She was the woman I planned to be with for the rest of my life, the woman I fell for and want to be by side everyday for forever, I would stop at nothing to be with her again. I just hope she is safe.
