'Become familiar with popular title structures.'

This means that you try to identify the way popular titles are written.

For example: titles like 'Twilight' and 'Divergent' are similar if you notice them carefully. They are one word titles but give a deep meaning of the book. Both these titles represent the books amazingly well. They are short and easy to remember too.

If you use one word titles then make sure that it conveys everything your story is about.

If you use four to five words in your title, then make a title that is something different, something that not many people use, something that conveys your story and at the same time is easy to remember.

According to me, long titles are hard to remember. So I honestly would not recommend you to do that. Limit your title to a maximum of four to five words.

For example, 'The Girl who had a bad day.'
There's nothing new and exciting about this kind of title.
Let's rephrase this.
'The Girl With The Bad Day'
or 'A Girl's Bad Day' or 'A Turning Point' Don't these sound better?
