Hoseok slowly walked up the stairs that led to his bedroom and stood out in front of his door as he recollected his thoughts.
Was keeping Taehyung actually a good idea?
He took a deep breath in and slowly opened the door and walked in, the room was pretty silent and empty, Hoseok quickly looked around when he eyes landed on a lump on his enormous bed, he quickly walked over and cooed when he saw a sleeping Taehyung who had his arms tightly wrapped around one of Hoseoks pillows. Hoseok was in awe as he felt something burst in his chest, he smiled fondly and leaned forward slowly and gently placed a kiss on the boys soft locks. Once he realized what he did he quickly jerked back and sat on his couch, he hoped he didn't wake the boy up and was relived to see him still sleeping. Hoseok decided to entertain himself while he waited for the boy to wake up, he got up and went to his bookshelf and picked out a book to read for a bit, while lost in the book he didn't realize that Taehyung was shifting back and forth on the bed, it wasn't until he heard a small cry that he threw his book away and ran towards his bed. Taehyung continued crying and let out small "no's" obviously Hoseok knew he was having a nightmare. He gently shook the boy as he whispered calming words into the boys ear but the boy wasn't waking up, instead began crying harder and thrashing in the bed, with no other choice Hoseok scooped the boy up in his arms and shook him until the boy woke up. Taehyungs eyes were blurred with tears as he woke up and instantly latched onto Hoseok as he wrapped his arms around his neck and his legs around his waist and buried his face in his neck, Hoseok didn't say anything except pull the boy closer and rub his back until he calmed down. Soon he pulled away and blushed with embarrassment, the older cooed and sat down on the bed with Tae on his lap still and smiled fondly, the two were intensely staring at each other as their hearts were beating really fast. All Hoseok saw was Taehyungs beautiful features and Taehyung felt like he was in a trance due to Hoseoks mesmerizing looks. Both were whipped for one another. After the intense moment Hoseok got up and set Taehyung on the bed and Tae would be lying if he said he wasn't disappointed that he was no longer sitting on the older boys lap and let out a small whine. Hoseok noticed this and smirked and placed a kiss on the tip of Taehyungs nose, "I'll be back baby," he simply said and walked out of the room. Taehyung sat there with red cheeks as he replayed the recent incidents with the king!! THE FREAKING KING!!!! That's when it suddenly hit Taehyung as to who he was really messing with, this made him feel uneasy, what if the king was just messing with him!? The king would never go for someone like him!!? He needed to escape! He hopped off the bed and ran to the window to see how high the floor was and bad idea! He scrambled away from the window and ran for the door he reached for the handle to open it but realized the door was locked, frustrated and upset he sat down and began to cry then a few moments later in walked Hoseok followed by a maid carrying a tray, the maid set the tray down on the table and quickly left and in walked a tailor, "Sweets, I need you to get up and stand here," Hoseok gently commanded as he pointed to the middle of his room, Taehyung reluctantly got up from the bed and stood in the middle room, the tailor quickly did his work and wrote stuff in a notepad and scrambled, after that they were once again alone. Hoseok moved to sit on the bed and called Taehyung and made him sit on his lap again, the younger boy shyly complied with Hoseoks orders but refused to look at him in the eye. Hoseok wasn't pleased with that so he gently tilted the youngers chin upwards and gazed into the youngers eyes and smiled, not used to people showing him affection Taehyung was really nervous and didn't know what to do, he decided to show Hoseok his famous boxy smile and Hoseok was gone. He grabbed Taehyung by the waist and tightly hugged him as he rolled them over so Tae was under him he held onto Taes face and placed kisses all over his face except his lips since he wasn't sure if the boy was ready for that yet, Taehyung squealed but then began to giggle at Hoseoks actions and he realized that he liked it, and he liked the king.
Since that day Hoseok showed Taehyung a world filled with love, dates in his enormous garden, how to ride a horse (and him COUGH COUGH! Ew, I'm sorry!!) Tae has never been happier and after a couple of years Tae became Hoseoks king/queen and the two lived happily ever after, just like a fairy tale.
