Chapter 2 - Keeping A Secret

Hi minna and I guess there will be a chapter today! I'm glad because I am interested in my own story hehe. Any way on to the second chapter!

Gray's POV

I was in total shock. I couldn't believe it. I was a dragon slayer?! That means I'm like Torches! No no no this isn't true is it?!

"A...are you s...sure" I stuttered asking the scientist.

"I'm afraid so. I'm sorry Mr.Fullbuster" he said.

They always say that. Oh I'm sorry. Well that won't help the point that I'm a dragon slayer!!

"It's fine I...I'm just in shock that's all" I said annoyed.

"Ok buh bye Mr.Fullbuster have a good day" he said then hung up.

How the heck was I supposed to have a good day knowing that I was a dragon slayer!? Is he kidding! Whatever, I went to bed after that. Maybe some sleep would help get my mind off things.

I woke up the next morning to find my whole apartment frozen. Great just great! Note my sarcasm. I then unfroze the ice and then got dressed and started off to the guild. I decided I would keep it a secret if I didn't then the dragon slayers might tease me or something. I walked into the guild I was gonna stay far away from all the dragon slayers today.

"Hey Gray-San" a kind young voice said.

I quickly sat up. Well knowing my luck that is probably Wendy. This is going to be a long day.

"Hi Wendy" I said turning around.

"What are you up to" she asked looking up at me.

"Uhhh nothing much" I avoided eye contact with her.

"Gray-San is there something wrong" she said trying to get eye contact with me.

"Nope n..nothing wrong Wendy" I said closing my eyes ha can't get my eye sight now can she.

"Ok...hmm" she walked away toward Happy and Carla.

I opened my eyes and saw FlameBrain. I really wanted to go over there and pick a fight with him but I decided against it. He saw me and started walking over here. Why me why me.

"Hey IcePrincess how about we finish our fight Erza ain't here so she can't stop us" he said lighting his fist on fire.

"Maybe another time" I waved him off.

"What I thought you never turned down a fight what's up with you" he asked sitting down next to me.

"Nothing now leave me alone" I growled. Wait growled man I am a dragon slayer.

"Hmm there is defiantly something wrong with you" he said looking at me.

His face was not even an inch away. He put on a thinking face. It looked...never mind.

"Can you please leave me alone" I said not looking at him.

"Why are we not fighting! You are acting all weird now" he said throwing his arms up in frustration.

"There is nothing wrong with me" I looked straight at him.

We stared at each other for a good five minutes. I felt uncomfortable with my face being not even an inch away from Natsu's face for five minutes. Then he huffed.

"Gray there is something wrong.

"No there isn't"

"Yes!"

"No!"

"Yes!"

"No!"

"What are you fighting about now" Erza said interrupting us.

"Gray is acting all weird Erza" Natsu said quickly.

"No I'm not!" I said quickly after him.

"You seem normal fighting with Natsu" she said.

"No he didn't want to get in a fight with me" Natsu pouted.

He looked so......never mind!

"So" I rolled my eyes.

"Gray look at me now" Erza commanded.

"Ugh" I looked her in the eyes.

She started at me like bullets through my eyes. If looks could kill I would most defiantly be dead.

"Gray your eyes are a lighter color almost like ice" she exclaimed.

"What" I asked most very confused.

"Look" she handed me a mirror.

She was right my eyes were my normal color but had lighter spots like ice! Was this part of becoming a dragon slayer. The scientist never said this!

"What wrong Gray" Erza said.

"I...I..." I stumbled over my words.

Should I tell them. I wanted to keep it a secret but Erza might kill me if she finds out I didn't tell her.

"Well I...I...." I stuttered I'm telling them I guess.
