Chapter 26 - Fight To Death

Gray's POV

"I accept your challenge... Prepare to die!!" The voice boomed and shook the ground a little. I smirked. But as I turned around someone slapped me in the face.

"Gray!! You idiot what were you thinking! You're way to hurt! You're gonna kill yourself!" Natsu yelled at me then afterward putting a pout on his face. I just smiled at him.

"Natsu I'm gonna get you out of here if it's the last thing I do. I want you to be safe. Now go with AIS and find someway of escape okay?" I said planting a small kiss on his nose. He looked at me sadly and it pained me to do this, literally, but I had to keep Natsu safe, if it was the last thing I did.

"Alright Seikai bring it on!" I yelled as a figure launched toward me. I dodged it just in time. She landed night next to me skidding a bit. I threw my fist toward her face, I had to conserve my magic since I didn't have much left.

She turned to the left punching my gut. I flew back holding my stomach. I coughed a bit before looking back at her. I could see the smirk grow on her face she was having fun.

"Water Dragon wing attack!!" She said, gushes of water headed toward me. I tried to move but my gut hurt if I moved it much. So I decided to take the attack head on. As it hit me I flew back hitting the stone cold wall.

My body ached in pain begging me spot stop this ridiculous fight. As much as I wanted to stop and run away I needed to give Natsu time to escape. I needed at least him to be safe. I could hear her evil giggles. I knew she was enjoying giving me pain while I did nothing but just stood there and waited for it to come.

"Water Dragon Claw!!" She yelled. I closed my eyes waiting for impact. But.. It didn't come. I opened my eyes to se Natsu blocking the water with his flames, but I could see him struggling, fire couldn't hold up against water.

That was it! Water beats fire, fire beats ice, and ice beats water! I stumbled to my feet and turned my head to the water, I had to save Natsu.

"Ice Dragon Roar!" I said as shards of ice froze the whole body of water. Natsu puts his hands down and hugged me softly careful not to hurt me. I relaxed in his arms.

"It's no over yet!" Seikai yelled grinding her teeth. She threw gallons of water at us. Natsu grabbed my arm and jumped out the way. I could see AIS out the corner of my eye attacking her as well. They both came back for me...

"Natsu what are you doing! I told you to run.." I said looking him firmly in the eye. He shook his head and kissed my forehead softly.

"I would never leave you to die. We'll beat her together, and escape, all of us!" He said getting up and running toward her punching her with flames. She backed up due to the impact. I looked at AIS and Natsu. They were both fighting so hard.

I turned my head to the ice. Wait if I'm a dragon slayer... I grabbed the ice and began to chew on it. I could feel my power coming back to me. I stood up still aching in pain. I froze my wound and stumbled to my feet. It's time to get back the revenge I've been wanting for awhile.

"Hey Seikai! Try this on for size.." I said yelling then whispering the last part to myself, "Ice Dragon Crushing Fang!!" I said shards of ice shooting toward her. Some managed to get her. She started to bleed quote a lot.

"Okay then three against one.. Time to even out the odds.." She said smiling wickedly.
