Kellie

I actually cannot quite believe they're back home! It's odd because I've only recently been back in contact with Grayson. I mean that by the odd text every now and then. I am genuinely in shock because i did not expect them to come home, especially since telling me they have been so busy with Youtube.

I kind of didn't know how to react to them deciding to move all the way to LA, so by my own fault i cut them out of my life.. I didn't see the point in being in contact with them anymore. I now realize how selfish i was. Their career was starting to take shape and it enabled them to follow their dreams and move to LA. I was so sad to see them leave at the time i needed them most, but we've grown up and we have all matured. That's something we can look back at and laugh about now.

"Planning on going anywhere girls?" Ethan asks, noticing the quad bikes out. "Uhm.. no" Cameron answers, blatantly lying and trying to hide a laugh. "It was Cam's idea!" I burst out, covering my mouth immediately afterwards. "Oh.. thanks Kel!" She replies, pushing me. "I'm sorry! I'm too honest!" I reply, trying to defend myself.

"Well then, i guess we should get back on them. It's been a while G!" Ethan says, climbing onto one of the bikes. "Totally E! Coming with us girls?" Grayson asks, getting on his. We have no choice but to seeing as were planning on getting on them anyway. "Come with me K!" Grayson continues, patting the spare seat behind him. "Not after last time G, I'm riding with Ethan!" I smirk, knowing that pisses him off.

"You're with me then Cam!" Grayson says, sounding deflated. "You know what happened last time Ethan, just go easy.. please?" I whisper into Ethan's ear. "I know Kel, don't worry, it's going to be okay" he replies, reassuring me. "Thanks E!" I reply, wrapping my arms around his waist for safety. "Let's go!" Grayson yells and speeds off into the forest with Cameron. Ethan and I follow close behind, i forgot how liberating this felt. I can feel the adrenaline starting to kick in. "Go faster!" I yell, throwing my hands up into the air, but quickly replacing them around Ethan's waist as he puts his foot down as we now lead in front of Grayson and Cameron. This is just what i needed.

We arrive at one of our favorite places that we all used to come when we were kids, a beautiful lake with cliffs we used to jump off and into the gorgeous lake and waterfall below. Ethan and Grayson stop the quad bikes and Ethan helps me climb off. "Hope you've got your swimwear girls" Ethan yells, stripping down. "Obviously!" Cameron replies. "Last one in has to spend the night sleeping in the forest" I yell, taking a long run and jumping off the cliff with Cameron, leaving Grayson and Ethan at the top. Cameron and I already in the water, Ethan's just jumped, leaving Grayson the last one in. "Looks like you're spending the night out here G!" Ethan shouts up just before Grayson jumps off the cliff. He emerges from the water, splashing me specifically, he goes beneath the water once more, however this time he wraps his arms around my body and pulls me down with him, and decides it would be a good idea to tickle me causing me to start choking underwater. He soon pulls me up out of the water and holds me close. "Kellie! Oh my god, i am so sorry!" he panics. "It's okay Gray, i Know you didn't mean it like that" I try to reassure him, whilst trying to get my breath back.

Grayson

I went to far. I could have serious;y hurt Kellie. What was i thinking? That's something I would pull on Ethan. I swim over and embrace her to attempt to make it up to her. "Honestly Gray, it's okay, I know you didn't mean it like that" she says, smiling. I let her go and she splashes me with water. "Oh come on you two! Let' s head over to the waterfall" Cameron says, swimming away with Ethan.

Kellie and I swim side by side, "I have somewhere I'd like to take you once we've left here later K, for old times sake, what do you say?" I ask her, still wanting to make it up to her for what i did. "I'll think about it" She replies, unsure. Something isn't right, i can feel it. "Talk to me" I say. "Is this about the quad bikes? You seemed like you were having fun on the ride down here with E?" I continue. "I was, i guess adrenaline kicked in, and i missed the feeling of it but now I can't help but think about what happened all those years ago.. I made a promise to myself to never get back on one.." She finally confides in me. "What happened to you back then scared the shit out of me.. us.. everyone.., but it was my fault. If i wasn't so careless at the time it wouldn't have happened. We were kids, I've grown up, you certainly have grown up" I smirk at her, and wink, knowing that'll make her laugh. "Even Ethan's grown up! Not sure about Cam but.." I continue, receiving a a playful slap on my arm.

Kellie and I end up being the last to get to the waterfall, Cameron and Ethan are already play fighting underneath. Kellie ends up pushing me directly underneath the waterfall, causing me to start choking on water. "Karma!" she cheekily says, laughing.

After spending several hours in the forest down by the lake, daylight starts to fade and we decide to head back home for movies and pizza. We all dry off and head back to the quads, Kellie gets onto the back of mine. "So you're coming with me then?" I ask, somewhat surprised. I climb onto the bike, so I'm sat in front of her, she wraps her arms around my waist, holding on tight, I can feel the dampness of her hair against my back.

Without any warning Kellie and I head off leaving Ethan and Cameron drying off in the forest. "Hey! Where are you guys going?" Cameron shouts in what is becoming the distance. "Yeah Gray, where are we going?" Kellie says, resting her chin on my shoulder. "Just wait and see" I reply, giving no clues. I smirk, knowing she's going to absolutely love it.

Kellie

After some time riding through the all familiar forest - through the trees becomes an opening to a beautiful little beach cove. I remember it here, we used to come here all the time when we were kids. It became Grayson and I's little secret place to go whenever we wanted some time to ourselves, I always knew where to find him and vice versa.

The sky, a perfect color of orange and purple, reflecting on the sea. Grayson stops the quad, climbs off and holds his hand out for me to take to help me climb off too. "I just wanted to come back to the place we always -" I cut him off. "to the place we always used to go, I know Gray, we have got so many amazing memories here. I haven't been here since you and Ethan left.. I love it. Thank you so much Grayson" I continue, giving him the biggest hug.

He settles down, gets a few twigs and branches, in the hope of starting a small little fire. He always used start a little beach fire, every time we came here.

It's getting darker, the sun has nearly finally set. This would be a perfect photo opportunity. I take my phone out of my pocket and focus it on the sea, Grayson is in the middle of the photo but i focus it on the sun reflecting on the sea so he becomes a silhouette. It looks perfect.

"Thank you for taking me back here again Gray" I say, sitting beside him on the sand. "I'm glad you decided to come with me.. I've missed this place.." he replies.. looking thoughtful.

"We should head back" he says, standing up. Offering his hand to help me up too.
