Im not exactly sure what to call this...
My therapist gave me this note book recommending I write in it as a diary but im not exactly sure... How that works....
I don't really know why they gave this to me. I know im not exactly, okay, but what is this going to do for me?
I don't know.
Maybe that's what im supposed to figure out?
