dreaded return to school

Walking through hallways seemed like a new start to me because of staying absent for long from school.

I was not as energized or excited as I thought I would be. One reason was that me and cap spent the weekend in picnic and I was hella exhausted. Secondly Libby and aqua returned back home yesterday and after taking there time to freshen up and take naps, we spent entire time in cooking, eating and chatting while watching TV and turned out that it was already past midnight when we were doing off on the very couches in lounge.

However Libby got up early after sleeping for few hours and ordered breakfast for both of us while aqua was still fast asleep. Libby dropped me in school before I could get anymore late for my first class and now here I was rushing through the sea of energized students that were hurrying past each other to reach to their lock or make it to their classes.

I made my way to my locker after being seriously crushed by few students and took an exasperated breath when my locker came into my view.

Opening it, I shoved my back pack inside of it and took out my chemistry notebook and after picking a pen I slammed the locker shut before making my way towards the chemistry class.

The day passed by in a rush and my cellphone dinged signaling a text and I frowned at it thinking who would possibly send me text. I picked up my stuff and while exiting the classroom, opened the text.

Aries: I'm in the cafeteria, make it quick!

I rolled my eyes at the text knowing exactly how impatient ree is.

Me: I'm headed towards locker,I'll be there in a sec.

Just as I pressed send, my cellphone dinged again in a nanosecond my me scowl at the new popping envelope on my screen.

Aries: whaaaat? I'm on the verge of dying and my tummy won't stop growling at me.

Gem: chill! I'm on the way, can you stop texting please?

I soon reached to my locker and stuffed my notebook inside when again my cellphone dinged and I hugged in agitation.

Aries: can you hurry up please?

A chuckle escaped my lips and I shook my head in disbelief. This guy was something else.

While I was so emerged into my own little bubble that I didn't notice someone's arms caging me to my locker.

My head shot up in surprise which soon turned into what seemed like shock. A pair of huge Black orbs came into my line of vision and I screamed my lungs out which was obviously morphed quickly by a palm pressed on to my lips, crushing the tip of my nose in the process.

Then those orbs started to get away little by little until I could make out facial features of my tormentor.

A panicked look appeared on my face and my eyes bulged out of their sorry sockets while my mouth released muffled cries.

Taking in my state, a smirk appeared on Scorpio's lips which looked nothing but viscous to me however this smirk soon turned into deadpanned expression making me hitch my breath as a result.

I tried to speak but nothing came out of my mouth instead of vibrated mixture of noise that stroke his palm.

Soon I gave up under his scrutinizing gaze which was swallowing me inch by inch in a matter of short time.

"Long time no see, sweet cheeks!" On his dark voice, I flinched back a little but what affected me more was that Nick named which rolled out of his tongue in slow motion as if he was rolling a bubble gum on the tip of his tongue.
