It's been two weeks since Christian left Seattle and went back to Atlanta. Christian stuffed himself in work and Isadora the same while taking care of Rose. Rose, by next week, will be eight months. She was crawling and pointing to things when she wanted them. She would try and form sentences like hi and mama. Alexa was still helping with Rose and working with Isadora. Christian and Isadora will face time each other every night and text every morning.
Isadora smiles as she saw that Chris was calling. She quickly put down her comb and answered the face time call. Christian's smiling face came on the screen. He looked around the room distracted before looking back to Isadora.
"Hey beautiful" Christian said into the phone before scoffing at someone in a distance. Isadora blushed not use to him calling her that.
"Heyy" Isadora said before setting the phone up so he could see her as she was doing her hair. He looked into the phone and smiled before looking up again at something. Isadora grabbed her comb and began doing her hair. Rose came in her mother's room crawling and giggling. Isadora saw her and smiled picking her up and kissing all over her face.
"Rosie you want to help momma with her hair" Isadora asked cooing at the little chubby baby. Rose giggled and clapped as she sat in her mother's arms. Christian looked back at the camera and smiled at Rose and Isadora.
"Hey Little Red" Christian spoke into the phone making Isadora and Rose head snap up toward the phone. Isadora forgot that he was on the phone and bit her lip letting Rose crawl the phone. Rose picked up the phone and started shaking it before looking straight at Christian with a confused look on her face.
Rose would sometimes be with Isadora when she was face timing Christian but she never got use to that he was in the phone and not in real life with them. Rose loved hearing Christian's voice just like her mother. He would always say something and she would let out a small giggle even if it wasn't a joke and that he was just cooing at her.
"Isadora what you want to do?" Alexa yelled out the door from her room as she got dressed. Isadora, who has her door open, heard her and thought about it. Looking at her daughter as she sat on her mother's bed, she thought about taking Rose to daycare and just spending the day with Rose.
"Um you want to go to the beach. I can take Rose to daycare for the day so it can just be us?" Isadora yelled back shrugging. She grabbed a cute bathing suit as Alexa yelled back agreeing with her. Izzy missed Christian with every bone in her body. She sighed as she put on a white sundress over her bathing suit and grabbed some cute sandals.
"I'm going to stop by the daycare center and take Rose. I will meet you at the beach." Izzy said picking Rose up from her bed. Rose smiled at her mother before playing with her hair.
"Okay I'm going to stop at target because I lost my swimsuit." Alexa said laughing embarrassed. Izzy shook her head at her best friend and sent her a goodbye as she left.
Isadora's POV
I grabbed Rose's diaper bag and but some already filled up bottles in there for the day. I will probably get her around five depending on what we do after the beach. I already called the daycare saying I will be coming in with Rose. I'm glad we took today off we have been working like crazy these last few weeks. This is wedding season and everyone is trying to get their wedding in before fall and winter come. I had three weddings this week and next week I have five.
"Come on baby" I whispered to Rose and kissed her cheek grabbing the bag and everything. I walked out the front door and locked it. I walked to my car and put her in the car seat buckling her up. I sighed and got in the driver seat after making sure she was fine. I turned the radio on and reversed out of the driveway driving down the road.
Her daycare is actually pretty nice. The lady who owns it loves Rose so much. The kids always get to go to the park every weekend and during the week they will go do other activities. It's a 180 dollars a day because of the activities they do since it costs money. She has the daycare open for children from five months to ten years. Rose loves going there and seeing her little baby friends.
It is the cutest thing seeing them talking in their baby talk to each other.
