When I made it to the beach after dropping Rose off, I was tired. The nice closest beach to us is about an hour away maybe and it took me two hours because of the traffic. There was an accident with four cars involved. It was crazy only two lanes was open out the four lanes. Police and fire trucks were there.
Everyone being nosy so they slowed down even more to get a glance at what happened. It gets on my damn nerves every time there is an accident that people do that.

"I'm toward the ice cream truck near the water" she spoke into the phone as she shushed someone. I nodded and hanged up walking toward the ice cream truck which was on the other side of the beach almost. I sighed and looked down at my phone as I walked.
I looked up as the ice cream truck came in view. I looked around for Alexa seeing her hair as she laughed at someone. I smiled and walked over to her before looking down at my phone again checking instagram. I looked up as I neared Alexa and smiled at her.
She waved at me and the person who was next to her turned around giving me a view of their face. A gasp escaped my lips and I dropped my stuff backing away.

"Hey Adora" Chris said sending me a smile as he slowly walked toward me. Alexa was recording with a small smile on her face.
"Chris" I whispered covering my mouth with my hand. He opened his arms for me and I ran up to him jumping in his arms. He chuckled as I wrapped my legs around him hugging him tight.
"Well you clearly missed me" Chris joked and he kissed my hair as he laid his head in the crook of my neck. I blushed and pulled my head back kissing him. I know we aren't dating but I missed him too much.
"You damn right" I whispered against his lips as I pulled away. He smirked and kissed me back holding me in his arms. I could hear Alexa celebrating in the background making me chuckle. I looked at my best friend as she did a little victory dance.
"That's my best friend bitches! She finna get that dick y'all" Alexa screamed to the people around us. I sighed embarrassed and hid my face in Chris neck. I could feel him laughing before he set me down on the sand.
"Where's Little Red" He asked looking around for her. I bit my lip and looked away from him.
"Oh I took her to the daycare Today was planned for me and Alexa to spend time together. It's been pretty crazy at work lately" I said walking over to my stuff that I dropped earlier. He chuckled and nodded in understanding.
"What are you doing here last time I checked you was suppose to stay in Atlanta for three weeks." I asked siting next to Alexa.
"I was but I have a new project in Seattle" He says before giving me a goofy grin. I frown in confusion as he sits next to me. He chuckles before kissing my cheek.
"Since I'm the boss and I make the choices, I decided to come here for the new office that is being building here." He explained making me bit my lip.

"I will be able to stay here with you baby" He whispered and I squealed. I jumped on him and hugged him tight as he chuckled and gripped my hips.
"Damn y'all better chill" Alexa said laughing at us. I blushed and kissed Chris lips. He slapped my ass and stood up with me in his arms.
"Don't hate Alexa just because you ain't getting nothing" Chris said making me laugh. Alexa expression turned from shocked to anger real quick. Chris mumbled oh shit and put me down before running away from her,
"I'm sorry! Please I'm sorry!" Chris screamed as he ran away from her. She was chasing him with her shoe in her hand. I laughed and shook my head taking my dress off. I put my hair in a bun and walked out to the water.
