Amaia sat on the counter and I was washing the dishes. Alexa and Freyah sat on the bar stools we had at our island counter top. Aitana left a few minutes ago to go take a nap.
"You two are so cute today Izzy" Maia said smiling at me. I chuckled and blushed taking a glass from Freyah as she passed me one. The boys left the house to go somewhere.
"I want to thank you for everything you have done with Christian. You are so much better than the girls Christian would usually date" Freyah said shaking her head at the memory. I frowned my lips and looked at her. Christian never talks to me about his other girlfriends.
"What were they like?" I asked out of curiosity causing Maia to give me a look of telling me to shut up. Freyah sighed and was silent for a minute.
"Most of them were just gold diggers and thots wanting his money or just to get in his pants. No of them lasted more than a month and I think only one lasted even close to a month but that ended. Christian grew up with a lot of things going on in the house. When me and Luka got together he was only three I believe. He loved Luka but as he grew up he started to hate Luka saying that he wasn't his dad and that he didn't have the right to tell him what to do. Christian has bad anger issues just like his birth father and he would scream and yell at me for little things." Freyah said looking down at her hands as a sad look casted upon her face. She shook her head and Amaia came over to her hugging her.
"When he was about sixteen, he started just leaving the house and not coming back for about two days. Every time I would search for him but he would be at the same spot each time. There was a river near the outskirts of our town. He would go there every time and just sit there thinking. When he would come back, he would tell me he was sorry and what not. I always wondered though why he went there all those times and I would ask him but he would never tell me." She continued leaning her head on Amaia's shoulder. I bit my lip and leaned on the counter sighing.
"When he turned eighteen he would just go out to all the parties and not have a care in the world. He would sleep with every woman he saw. It was horrible oh my goodness. I remember coming to the house one time to Mom picking up panties and bras up off the floor. Luka saw her do that one day and just snapped at Chris so bad that Chris left the house for a whole week. He came back saying sorry to Mom and me. After that he never touched a woman again or brought them home with him." Amaia said rubbing Freyah's back.

Tears filled my eyes as I thought over her words.
"I don't know what to say" I said as I choked back a sob. I heard laughter before many arms wrapped themselves around me hugging me.
"You don't have to say anything Izzy" Maia said as she kisses my shoulder as the group hug continued. I heard a door open before loud noises filled the house. We pulled away from the hug looking toward the doorway as the boys walked into the kitchen laughing.
"Babe? Are you okay? why are you crying?" Chris said as he took my face in his arms. I sobbed and hugged him.
"What's wrong? Mama what happened?" Christian said sounding worried as he hugged me close to his body.
"I love you so much Christian" I said looking up at him. He looked down at me with the most confused expression on his face before nodding.
"I love you too baby girl so much" he whispered to me kissing my cheek before looking at me again.
"Is everything okay?" He asked me again making me nod my head yes. I wiped my eyes with my thumb and smiled at him.
"Well Love birds, Us old people are leaving us to y'all young nasty selves." Freyah said making us look over at her. I giggled and went over to her hugging her.
"Take care of him" She whispered into my ear making me nod to her words. She pulled away from the hug and smiled at me. She nodded to her husband and left with Aitana and Sawyer leaving behind them.
"We have to go too. I have a meeting tomorrow." Maia said coming to my side. I nodded and hugged her. I smiled at Lucas and sighed as they left.
"Dora I'm going to spend the night at Logan's place" Alexa said hugging me.
Damn so everyone just leaving me then.
"Be safe" I said to her before closing the front door as they walked to their car.
"Hey" Chris said as he leaned against the wall. I smiled at him and walked to him only to have him pull me into his arms.
"We need to talk" I said looking up at him.
