Jeremy's POV

Jeremy walked towards his bedroom and picked up the box that had the ring in it. He slowly opened the box, heart pounding out of his chest, seeing the beautiful silver ring.

''"You would've looked amazing with this on, you know," Jeremy said through sobs. "And I would've loved to marry you. I was thinking about what our wedding could be for such a long time now. I know you were never big on parties, so I was thinking a wedding at our house. Only invite really good friends and family. I know you would've liked that. I would've too."

Jeremy put the ring back in the box and chuckled. Still sobbing he said, "Who am I kidding? I would've loved if we didn't even have a wedding. As long as I know I married you, I'd be okay. I love you Michael. I love you so goddamn much. I wish you could've seen it."

He put the box back under his bed and then climbed into the bed. He was not able to function at all so he decided to just cried until he fell asleep.

Michael's POV

Michael sat there, under a tree, watching the sun rise.

"6:43. I guess I should do this now," Michael said, looking at his watch. He had waited all night till the morning. Or well, more like he couldn't get himself to even start.

"Okay, well here goes nothing," Michael said holding a bottle of pills and water. He put one pill in his mouth refusing to swallow it. About two minutes later, he spit it out.

"Maybe I shouldn't be doing this..." Michael said, trailing off as he did it.

"No. You have to. The wold will be a better place without you," Michael then said sternly and shook is head very rapidly, almost convincing himself to do it as one tear started to roll down his cheek.

He started to take another pill out of the bottle, but without thinking, he threw the bottle across the backyard of the abandoned house down the street that he lives on.

"Okay... maybe I can't do this," Michael said. He felt like he had an angel and a devil on his shoulders. He couldn't decide what the hell to do.

Michael started to get up to retrieve it, but then he saw his life flash before his eyes. All his memories as a child, the day he first met Jeremy, the day he asked Jeremy to be his boyfriend, all up to last night, seeing Jeremy smile wide when Michael said that he loved him. Suddenly, he bursted into tears.

"I can't do this. I can't do this to Jeremy. He loves me. I can't hurt him like this. No. No. No," Michael said super fast while sobbing.

Without thinking, he ran down the street as fast as he could and ran straight into the house.

"Jeremy! Jeremy!," Michael exclaimed as he frantically looked for Jeremy, not caring about the tears falling down his face.

"Michael?" Jeremy called from the bedroom and ran out of the room as quickly as he could.

When he got out of the room, Michael and Jeremy shared eye contact and Jeremy ran towards Michael and pulled him into the biggest hug, so close that the tears, now also falling down Jeremy's face too could link together and turn into one.

"I'm so sorry," was all Michael was able to say through sobs. "I'm so sorry."

"What happened Michael," Jeremy asked pulling away from the hug and gave him a quick kiss on the cheek.

"I-I was a-about to commit suicide an-and I decided n-not t-to because I-I realized how much y-you needed me. I c-can't take happiness away f-from you. I j-just can't," Michael ranted.

"Oh Michael," Jeremy said, more tears starting to stream from his face as he pecked Michael on this lips. "I never ever thought you were worthless. I never thought you were annoying, a handful, none of that. I love you, so much. You're my everything. I don't know where the hell I'd be without you. Your the love of my life."

All Michael could do was nod. He didn't know what to say.

"Actually, I have something for you," Jeremy said and quickly turned to go back into the bedroom. After about a minute, he came out with his hands behind his back.

"I wanted to wait for a more special moment but I figured I should do this now," Jeremy said and dropped to one knee. "Michael Mell, will you marry me?"

Again, all Michael could do was nod. He was in shock. He never thought this would happen to him. Finally, he was able to exclaim, "Yes!" and jumped into his arms.

When this happened, they kissed passionately. Like it was their final one. After a few minutes, they finally parted.

"I love you, forever and always," Jeremy said.

"I love you too, forever and always," Michael repeated. "Never will I be suicidal again." W
