Chapter 6

Mi young pov:

"Well, I've gotta go home now," I stood up and just as I was about to turn around, a hand grabbed my wrist.
"don't go..." taehyung looked up at me, a look of sadness and embarrassment in his eyes.

I blushed slightly at the connection that was happening between us.

Taehyung pov:

Ughhhh what was I doinggg... I looked down in embarrassment. Who was I to be begging a girl that I BULLIED to stay with me?
"Umm... I'm sorry. You don't have to stay heheh.." I laughed while scratching my head. "I was selfish for asking you to waste your spare time on me"

Mi young pov:

I felt like it was my responsibility to stay with him. I thought about the look in his eyes that he had. He was hurting.

"I'll stay" I said.

"What?" Taehyung replied.

I'll stay with you until 12. Alright?" I gave him a big smile.
"Thank you, Mi young, I really appreciate it." He gave me his cute smile. AHHH, I couldn't help blushing just a tiny bit.

This person was way different than the person who had called me a "slut" and a "whore".

"I know the best place EVER to eat." I smiled wide.

I brought him to a small barbecue place. My mouth watered just at the sight of the restaurant. Suddenly Taehyung dabbed at where I was drooling with a tissue.

"You were drooling" he smiled and chuckled a little.

My face that had just been a whole new scarlet shade of red cooled down as I thought about the food again.

"Let's go in!" I practically ran inside.

We sat on a small table at the back and ordered what we wanted.

"Hey, Taehyung" I said breaking the silence. "Why do you risk your family being poor to save me?"
I really needed to know.
"Well that's because I like you!" He said with a wide smile.
My eyes widened and my face heated up. I moved back.

Taehyung pov:

Mi Young asked why I risked my family's financial life to save her.
"Well that's because I like you" I replied with a smile.
I could feel the heat coming from her face from a mile away.

Oh shit.

"WAIT NO! THAT'S NOT WHAT I MEANT!" I shouted. My face felt so hot. There was a moment of silence between us for like 10 seconds until the worker placed the ingredients in front of us.

Mi young pov:

"Well that's because I like you!"

What. Is. Happening.

I could feel every fiber in my body heating up.

I internally slapped myself.

You dumb girl Mi young.... how could he like you? He bullied you and has a girlfriend!

Raw meat and vegetables, sauces and kimchi were placed on our table breaking the silence and my thoughts.

I looked up at Taehyung who was just staring at the raw food cluelessly.

Taehyung pov:

I've never been to this kind of restaurant before. Normally I just ate at home since we couldn't afford shops like these.

When I looked up Mi young was staring at me laughing hard.

"Have you never been to a barbecue restaurant before?" She laughed almost choking on her own spit.

I looked down, blushing.

Ughhhh stupid faceeeee why do you have to do this to meeee...

Suddenly she reached and patted my head.

"It's okay I'll teach you!" She smiled angelically.

Mi young pov:

Just as I was sitting back to my normal position, I accidentally knocked over a small bowl of sauce.

"Oops..."

I quickly licked it off smiling at taehyung.

He had his hand on his face and gulped.

"Don't do that..." he quietly said.

"What?" I was genuinely confused.

"Don't do that in front of anyone again"
