"Callie wake up" my mum said shaking me a little bit.

"okay just five minutes pls" i murmured covering my face with the blanket.

" you've been saying this for the past 15 minutes, wake the fuck up Callie you'll be late" she said grabbing the blanket off of my face.

" language woman" i said rubbing my eyes "i'll be down in 10 minutes, oh wait i smell pancakes" i said, my mum's pancakes are to die for, literally.

"yeah, me and your dad are making some, get ready so you can have breakfast before you go" she said and left the room.

I went to the bathroom, washed my teeth ans stared at the bags under my eyes for a good amount of time, i need to sleep better.

I got out the bathroom and decided to wear a black t-shirt and jeans, put my hair in a high bun and took my bag.

"morning everyone" i said as i entered the kitchen.

"morning sweetheart" my dad said, he was already having breakfast with mum.

"here's your plate" my mum said pointing to the plate on the table.

"thank you" i said kissing her cheek and went to grab a cup of coffee

" you should reduce drinking coffee" my dad said.

" i can't, i'm addicted in a kind of way" i said chucking.

"how is school going?" my dad asked, i love that he always tries to catch up with everything happening in my life even when he is busy with work and stuff.

" good i guess, kinda stressful but i know how to deal with it don't worry" i said taking a bite from the pancakes "the pancakes are amazing mum"

" thanks sweetie" she said smiling.

"and how is shawn?" my mum asked. It's weird how just a name can have this effect on you!

"he is good, we haven't talked in 2 days, he is probable busy" i said taking the last bite of my pancake.

"i miss this dude" my dad said. Not more than me dad, not more than me.

" me too" i said smiling "i have to go or i'll be late" i took my bag from the chair next to mine and gave them both a kiss on the cheek and left for school.

The school isn't that far from my home so i usually walk, i used to walk to school with shawn every day. We used to listen to the same playlist on our way to school and talk about what we're gonna do after school, i miss these days, i miss them so much.

I sighed and put my headphones in my ears, played my playlist and let myself remember all the hilarious things we used to do in every place i pass by. How he used to carry me piggyback style and how he used to carry my bag when i was complaining about how heavy it's.

"morning" someone said from behind.

"oh my god Maya you scared the hell out of me" i said, she not only scared me but snapped me from my thoughts about shawn, okay i should thank her about this as i think about him pretty much all the time, it's not healthy.

" how is everything?" she said, Maya is my second best friend, we have been friends for 2 years now.

" great" i said " what about you?" i asked her " you look beautiful by the way"

"oh thank you!" she said smiling "me and lukas" she sighed " we had a fight yesterday" she continued.

" tell me something i don't know" i said chucking "you guys fight every day, he will meet you at school today and hug you saying 'babe i'm sorry' and then you'll forgive him, like always"

" you're probably right" she said " but you know, i'm tired of always fighting with him, i seriously thought about breaking up with him, this guy is insane i swear, he gets jealous from my cousin, MY COUSIN" she repeated it in a higher voice

"he loves you" i said "that's why he gets jealous easily, i love it when guys get jealous to be honest" i remembered when we were at shawn's birthday party and one of his older friends was flirting with me so shawn came and wrapped his arm around my waist kissing my cheek and telling me to go dance with him. I haven't seen his friend since then actually, anyways he wasn't my cup of tea.

" my cousin is 15 Callie" she said rolling her eyes.

"oh, okay.. Your boyfriend is insane" i said " we're here, welcome to the daily 8 hours of actual hell sister" i added as we arrived at the school gate.

" hi babe" lukas said waving at maya, Here we go.

"let's go inside" she told me trying to ignore him.

" i'm sorry, i know i fucked up" he said hugging her from behind.

"shut up you say this everytime" she said rolling her eyes.

"i'm sorry, you know i get jealous easily and this guy was sitting so close to you and wrapping his arm around your neck" he said trying to explain why he got angry with her.

"this guy - my cousin - is 15 Lukas and we were taking a pic! I'm fucking 17 do you really think i'll be attracted to him, he is like my younger brother" maya said.

" i'm sorry" he said kissing her cheeck million times.

"ugh, fine" she said turning around to face him, they will kiss in 3.. 2.. 1

" fine, i have a class, bye love birds" i said looking at them, they're not even kissing, they're making out infront of the school gate.

" ew, my innocent eyes can't witness this, bye" i said, obviously i didn't get a reply, they were so busy sucking each other faces, disgusting.

I went to my first class, Maths, such a good way to start my day.

I checked my social media on my way home from school, 8 hours of school can kill anyone believe me. I miss my bed more than anything else now.

"Hi Callie x"

"Sorry for not texting you for 2 days, these past days have been crazy! FaceTime at 9? I wanna tell you hella a lot of stuff, love you x"

I immediately smiled reading what he sent.

" hi shawny! Miss you too! Can't wait to hear what happened these past days, FaceTime at 9! Love you more! Xx"

I sent it and closed my phone, i want it to be 9 already.
