Ashes and Injury

*Julianna's POV*

I walked down stairs that morning to see Marcus asleep on the couch Sally, Bean, Becky and Rita were at the table and Rob and Gloria were in the kitchen making breakfast. I sat on the stool and stared at the food in front of me I picked up what was a banana but was now dehydrated and I just looked at it before putting it back down. Mum then walked down stairs in an amazing outfit causing Sally to gasp.

She kept admiring her shoes when I heard Rita ask, "Would you like me to make you an egg white fertata Mr. Feder?"

Dad looked at her, "Oh is that what you're doing in science class now? Making a fertata? Nah you know what we're okay, you can go and practice that in your room Rita," he said. She looked at him confused before she started walking up stairs then Gloria opened the freezer and pulled out bacon and gave it to Lenny when he tried to put it in the microwave Rob stopped him and called him a murderer then I heard a fart and looked at momma who was blaming it on curly making us all laugh. Then Lenny looked behind us I turned and cringed so I quickly covered Becky's and Bean's eyes, "Higgins what are you doing?" dad asked

Marcus didn't turn around but answered, "I don't wear pants at my house, and I'm not wearing them at yours, sorry Lenny."

I looked at mum as she muttered, "That was a man's ass?" I just laughed and uncovered the little ones eyes before heading outside where the rest of the kids were doing their own thing. I then saw Greg walking back up to the house in what looked like to be the most expansive outfit I think he owns.

He had a conversation with dad but I didn't hear seeing as I was too far away. I walked over to Andre who was standing one the docks, "Hey Andre," I said as I stood next to him and looked out at the lake. We just stood there in peaceful silence when he broke it.

He looked at me, "I'm going to miss you when you leave," he admitted.

I looked down, "I'm going to miss you to Andre," I told him. I suddenly felt my head being tilted up. When I looked up I saw that Andre was smiling at me, a blush blossomed across my cheeks when he started to lean in this made me nervous but I closed my eyes when I felt his lips connect with mine.

*Andre's POV*

I tilted her head up so I could look into her eyes, I smiled and a blush coated her cheeks as I leaned in, my eyes closed when my lips connected with her soft lips. I smiled into the kiss and wrapped both of my arms around her waist while she wrapped hers around my neck and pulled me closer. She giggled when I broke the kiss but still smiled, "I know this might sound crazy but I love you Juli," I admitted.

She gasped quietly but I still heard it she then smiled at me "I love you too Andre," she whispered.

My heart soared from my chest when she said those five little words. My arms still wrapped around her waist I pulled her closer and stated, "I know you're going to Milan tomorrow but I really like you so I was wondering," I swallowed the lump in my throat, "Would you be my girlfriend?" I asked.

She tightened her arms that are still wrapped around my neck bringing her face closer to mine before whispering, "Yes," she pressed her soft lips against mine.  I smiled into the kiss and tightened my arms before abruptly breaking the kiss to pick her up and spin her around. She braced herself by placing her hands upon my shoulders and laughed as we spun. Her laugh was so cute when I put her back down she smiled before kissing my cheek and walking back up to the house. I sighed in happiness.

*Julianna's POV*

I walked back up to the lake house to see a woman climb out if an old looking car, "Piece of crap car!" she exclaimed as she slammed the door. I just watched as she hugged Rob seeing as he was apparently her dad I just shook my head and walked inside and grabbed a drink for myself and the new girl to be nice seeing as its really hot outside. As I walked back outside I saw Rob and Gloria doing what I think was dancing, I just looked away and walked down the steps.

I tapped the girl on the shoulder and handed her a water bottle, "Thanks," she said and opened the bottle.

"You're welcome. I'm Julianna by the way," I introduced and held out my hand after Rob and Gloria walked away.

She smiled and shook my hand, "I'm Jasmine," she said before sighing and looking at her car.

"Is there something wrong with your car?" I asked. She put her hand on her forehead before answering me.

"Yeah apparently I've blown my gasket and I have no clue on how to fix it," she explained. I opened the hood before taking a look at the damage.

I leaned back after feeling around the engine and getting covered in grease, "Well, you've blown one of your head gaskets but looking at the damage done it shouldn't take much to get it fixed in a shop but in the mean time you can stay here," I offered.

She nodded and grabbed her bags before I lead her to one of the empty rooms and let her get settled in. I walked out to see Greg and Andre walking through the door I hid behind the couch before jumping out and grabbed the back of their shirts, "You two even think about peeping on Jasmine ever again then you can say bye to your manhood," I threaten before walking away.

I was sitting on by the lake just watching the water when all of a sudden Kurt, Eric and dad came out of the woods carrying Rob who had an arrow in his foot. I cringed and quickly ran inside and grabbed the first aid kit and when I ran back out I heard Rob finish yelling at Gloria.

"And there's the snap," Marcus commented quietly.

Dad chuckled, "That was bigger than I thought it would be," he muttered. I just shook my head and handed Gloria the first aid kit before heading inside to keep an eye on the younger kids. I sat on the couch as Bean and Becky sat on the floor coloring when I felt the couch dip next to me and an arm wrapped itself around my shoulder.

"I'm sorry," Andre apologized, "I know I shouldn't ogle other girls when I have an amazing girl right next to me," I smiled and snuggled into his side while I silently forgave him.
