Quirk: upgrade
This quirk allows Izuku to upgrade other people's quirk or decrease dependent on what he wants. When he chooses to support someone with his quirk, then the desired person's quirk is put into overdrive and all of their drawbacks are taken away (eg. For Uraraka, she can make anything float regardless of the weight, and gets no nausea.) this effect can only last as long as Izuku is close enough and still has energy to increase the power. When Izuku gets OFA he can also unlock new abilities within other's whilst his quirk is active, (eg. For Uraraka she can also increase the effects of gravity around her whilst she and anyone else she chooses is unaffected.) also he gets the physical benefits of OFA. Izuku can also use his quirk like a radar to sense where people are and to use the quirk like his mother to detect the location and severity of a injury, similar to a full body scan(this will be a passive effect so will take no stamina from him and he will also not glow while using this aspect of his quirk). The use of his quirk will also give the effected recipients a healing factor while not near the level of recovery girl it will be able to heal even lost limbs given enough time(This will be over the course of at least a month to regrow a limb) izuku has a passive healing factor as well however it is so small at first that it goes unnoticed for years before he discovers it at starts to train it. The drawback to this quirk is that when he upgrades a quirk's power or upgrades the drawback, then energy it takes comes directly from Izuku, also if he overuses it then he gets the drawback from everyone's quirk that has been affected at once.
Later on in the story I will also add that Izuku will also be able to use his quirk in reverse to drain enemies of their stamina and strength however he will only be able to do this through extreme concentration. The reason he cannot use this ability at the start is because since he is such a kind hearted person he has only ever thought of helping people and therefore never even tried taking stamina or strength from someone before. He will only unlock this when he is put in a situation where he is put through an extreme amount of stress and he needs more strength.
