Chapter 11

“Let’s go home” he said grinning.

I felt overwhelmed by today and after a few minutes my eyelids dropped and I fell into a dreamless sleep.

Chapter 11

Waking up in the morning I sat up and looked around to find an empty room, remembering the events of yesterday I flopped back onto the pillows and groaned, I wonder what Marcus would think of to make me regret saying ‘I’ll try’.

And then I realised the saying ‘think of the devil and the devil will come’ was true as Marcus walked though to door with a huge grin on his face carrying a tray of what looked like pancakes,

“Morning sunshine, ready for a day of fun??” Marcus said.

I’m not sure what happened first, my jaw dropping in shock at the drastic change from cold hearted killer to cheerful morning person. Or the groan of annoyance, from simply thinking what Marcus’s version of a day of fun would be.

As he walked over to the bed I pushed the pillows back and sat up properly,

“Marcus, what are we actually going to be doing today??” I asked wearingly as he handed me the tray.

“Wait and see it’s a surprise” he said with a grin “and hurry up and eat that we’ve got to get going”

Rolling my eyes I started eating my pancakes and they tasted surprisingly good and I managed to finish them pretty quickly. Leaving the tray on the bed I walked into the shower.

Marcus – I watched her stroll lazily in the bathroom and chuckled, I hope she was going to enjoy today, it had taken quite a lot of planning. The only planning I had ever done for anyone other than myself.

Pushing the buzzer next to the bed I waited a few seconds before there came a quite knock on the door, picking up the tray I walked over to the door. Pulling it open I saw a human girl stood there trembling, fear evident in her eyes even though the where facing the floor. It quite frankly irritated me that humans where so scared of me, Alicia was the first and only human ever to stand up to me.

I smiled at the thought of Alicia as I handed the human the tray and closed the door. Walking over to the bed I lay on my back leaning up on my elbows and faced the bathroom door as I heard the shower turn off.

I saw Alicia walk out of the bathroom covered in just a towel and my smile turned into a full on grin. She scowled at me when she saw my eyes travel up her long sensuous legs of her hot butt, around the delicious curves of her hips and waist, over her perfect breasts her lovely neck and back onto her gorgeous face.

“What do I need to wear for our ‘day of fun’” she asked sarcasm heavy in her voice.

I answered with a small smirk, “That will be fine”  

Her eyes narrowed as she glared at me, just making her look even sexier. I grinned,

“Just wear jeans and a nice top that’ll be fine, you look hot by the way” I said grinning at the end as she blushed.

Nodding she turned and walked quickly into the wardrobe, closing the door behind her.

Alicia – pulling on a pair of skinny jeans over my matching underwear my thoughts went to Marcus’s strange behaviour this morning, he really was going to work hard for this. I know the thought should annoy me as I shouldn’t want to be with a vampire but I couldn’t help the tingling feeling of thrill wash over me.

Walking over to the dresser I brushed my hair and left the curls to fall naturally down my back and pulled a few over my shoulders, and after putting on some mascara and lip gloss I was done. Throwing my towel into the washing basket I walked out of the wardrobe and back into the bedroom.
