As we walked away I thought about everything we did together. We used to be so close now it was all gone because of a car accident. It pained me to see her and have her not remember me but I kept walking with the rest of the guys and tried not to think about her.
Crystal's POV
Melody and I walked to the front of the school since our parents come and pick us up from school. "So how was your first day back?" She asked. "It was interesting," I replied not able to find a different word to describe the day. "You can say that again." We both started to laugh but was interrupted by a car honking. We both looked and I saw a woman in a blue van. I couldn't get a good look at her because the window was up. "That's my mom," Melody said. "I'll see ya tomorrow!"
"Yeah I'll see ya tomorrow!" We both said with excitement in our voices. As soon as she left I started to think about the guy from earlier. He was super upset about something and looked like he needed someone to talk to. My thoughts were interrupted by another car honking. I looked up and saw my mom in her car smiling at me. "Hey mom."
"Hey honey how always school?"
"It was good."
"I'm glad."
As we drove home I kept think about him it's like that experience was glued in my brain and two words came to my head,
