VIII - Let's Become Believeable

    Namjoon decided to sit with me after dinner. His parents had gone to sleep and thankfully, we had more time to talk.
   "I'm sorry for the other time. I should have told you about my hyung and...." He apologized but I interrupted. He was too nice. I didn't want him to start feeling sorry for something he shouldn't be sorry about.
     "No. Don't be~....I mean, its not like you were expecting her to mention them and I'm also not that important...."
    "You are important." He corrected. Okay I get it, but heart, please stop beating so fast 🤧🤧🤧
"And I know they didn't say this but I feel like they're prolonging their stay because they think there's something wrong with our relationship.." he paused and continued "if there's one."
   He said, and I couldn't help but notice him saying the last three words in a softer tone. At that moment, I think I needed a language teacher to decipher what he meant but I just went with the flow.
"But I have a lot to do.....I have a cake delivery to make on Tuesday. How am I supposed to do that?" I said folding my arms.
   "You can always get another cake and send it. I'll order a new one from the bakery." Oh how rich people think. He just insulted my entrepreneurship.
   "Sorry to turn down your offer but, no thanks. MY cake is SPECIAL." I said and he giggled. Was that funny?
   "Okay fine. You can do it yourself but HERE."
"No, I don't..."
"$5000 more..." He said and I threw him a disapproving glare. Didn't he just say I wasn't about the money and here he is~
   "I'm not a man that goes outside of a contract but Mom is driving me crazy. She will not leave until she sees a development." He said and I nodded in approval. Just like I noticed, his Mom is a difficult one to convince in matters like this.
   "So...."
   "What I mean is....." I looked at him eagerly.
   "Y/N..." Oh, the way he called my name. Can this guy be anymore romantic that he already is?
   "There's something I've been meaning to ask." He said and drew me closer to him. Much more closer than before, my heart thumped loudly. He raised his eyelids and ran his tongue over his lips before looking down again, as if wanting to go ahead but scared to take the risk. He wanted to kiss me, yeah....it was pretty obvious. I chuckled at his cuteness.
What's this feeling? 
  His gaze found mine again and this time, he smiled.
   "Can I?"  He asked and I was amazed at that statement. I realised cared about how I would feel else he'd already gotten down to it but at that moment I was sure I also wanted him to. I gulped nervously and gave him a nod in return as I watching as his smile morph into a full blown grin.

[His POV]

     I knew it was too soon to fall in love or for her to reciprocate those feelings, but this was a feeling I couldn’t resist. Totally different from what I felt with Amanda.
I realised it when I saw her dressed in that silky gown enjoying the night breeze. Y/N was driving me crazy. I leaned in a little closer making our foreheads touch. Dear god, I couldn’t fight against the thoughts that were going through me. Her very smell was flooding my senses now...

[Her POV]

His lips brushed mine. Not innocently, like a tease but fiery, very passionate and demanding. I wanted to pull away before I lose myself but I can’t seem to…..In this minty moment, I was 100% sure my senses have been seduced and I can no longer think straight.
   "Y/N..." he whispers slowly, prolonging each letter as if to savor them. I smile, my heart fluttering crazily at his voice as I clasp my hands on either side of his face.

        "Let's become believable"
