Tokoyami and I left the cafe and looked around at the lack of people. I shrugged and looked at Tokoyami.

"Where to good sir?" I bowed jokingly, also making sure my coffee doesn't spill.

"I was about to ask you, I have no preference on where to go."

"Well in that case, we could go look at a map over by the entrance and see what looks interesting." I looked at him, waiting for a response.

"Sure, that works." He started to walk over to the map, me following closely behind him.

"Oh hey, look up. The crows are following us." I looked up and grabbed his arm, making sure he stopped.

"Wow, thats a lot of crows..." His eyes widened and he nearly spilled his coffee. "I didnt see that many earlier, how the hell are there so many?" he looked at me with wide eyes.

"Well they sit on top of buildings and stuff too. I kinda like having them around though, and if i whistle a certain way, they send the 'leader' of them to me. I named him Kenny. Do you want to see him?" i looked at Tokoyami with an exited look on my face.

"Hell yes! I would love that!" He looked just as excited as me.

"Ok, lets go outside then. They will freak out at first, but I have to tell Kenny that you're cool anyway. I always have to tell Kenny." We walked outside, the mass of crows following.

Once we stepped outside, I whistled once and stuck out my arm for Kenny to land on. Once he landed I pulled out a little bag of crackers and asked Tokoyami to open it for me. I grabbed a cracker and gave it to Kenny.

"Kenny, my guy. This is Tokoyami. We like him. Hes cool. Toko, say hi to Kenny!" I turned to Tokoyami and so did Kenny. His feathers ruffled again, and he waved a little.

"Hi, Kenny."

"See Ken? Hes cool. Go tell the gang." And with that, Kenny took off.

"Toko?" Tokoyami looked at me after Kenny left.

"Haha" I laughed nervously. "I just kinda thought it would be a cute nickname. Sorry."

"No, I like it. You can call me Toko if you want to." his feathers ruffled again.

"Ok! Lets go back inside." I smiled with a small blush on my ears. I walked ahead of him a little bit and covered my ears. Once we made it back to the map, I uncovered them, hoping the color had drained from them by now.

"Where did you want to go then, (Y/n)?" Tokoyami looked at the map closely with one hand in his pocket.

"You should look at the map more, I'm going to throw away my cup, its empty." I walked off so i could dispose of my cup, and kill my heart rate. It wasn't too fast, but it was still goin. I turned back around to go to the map and slapped my cheeks a few times. "Ok Toko, did you decide on a place?"

"Yes, actually. I found a Hot Topic and wanted to check it out." He said with a little smile.

"Wait, there's a Hot Topic here! What are we waiting for?" I grabbed his hand and stated running. My face flared up in red and got really hot. By the time we reached the store front, we were both breathing pretty hard. We weren't out of breath, just a little winded.

We walked in and I dragged him over to the hoodies. I looked at the selection, but couldn't concentrate since i realized his hand was still in mine. I didn't let go, since i froze up. He didn't let go of my hand either, and his feathers ruffled up again. I pretended to examine the hoodies a little longer before he pointed one out.

"What about this one? I think it would look great on you, plus it seems to be your style." He pointed at a black hoodie with a white middle finger on the back. My eyes lit up and i brought three hands up to my cheeks. One was still wrapped in mine and i forgot to take it out. His hand was almost as cold as mine, but still warmer.

"I. Love. It. I need it. I don't care that my mom says i cant buy more hoodies, i need it." I looked at Tokoyami. "Your hand is almost as cold as mine. Do you feel that?"

"Yah, i know. Yours is super cold and I'm getting a bit worried. Are they always this cold?" He grabbed my other hand with his.

"Yah, im used to it by now though... What size hoodie should i get? I never use my size because then i can be consumed by it." I looked at him.

"Uhh, I dont know... medium?" he grabbed a medium in womens, but  i put it back and grabbed a men's medium. "Mens? Whatever floats your boat." He took it from me and walked us up to the counter. He put the hoodie up and grabbed his wallet out.

"Hey, I can pay. You already bought my coffee too..." I put my free hand on his arm.

"You said your mom doesn't want YOU to buy another hoodie, but what can she do about a FRIEND buying you a hoodie?" He handed the cashier a fifty and handed me the hoodie, pocketing the receipt and change. "Come on, lets go to my place. I'm getting tired and hungry, I have food at home."
