Tahnee-Kaye

The year was 3012 , I woke up to my electric tank beeping. "Ugh , my 2nd attempt to get sleep failed '' I breathed out as I pull the cover off of me and try to get up as my knees buck, I fall back on the comfortable bed the silk sheets engulfing me with it's warmth .

"Oh , no it's 14:53 the quail will be here any second "  QUAIL stands for Qualified Ultimate Advance Incorporated Links my mother is head of management .

I groan as I stretch and grab the vacuum to switch it on as the lights glow the robot reboots and I make my way to the bathroom "Computer activate mirror and sink" I watch as the bathroom comes in view I quickly finish up and go back in my capsule to tidy up .  I hear the elevator ding just as I was getting a sweater over my gigantic head , the quail enters revealing herself all prominent and punctual . 

"Quail I'm sorry I forgot you were on your way " I say casually looking up at her slowly , she smiles nonetheless then clears her throat "Sweetheart , don't be so formal we are outside of headquarters call me mom" She kindly smiles looking genuinely hurt , I grinned as I immense myself hugging her tightly .
The quail has been my mother for 12 years when I was 5 the counselors at the orphanage thought there was no hope for me because I often had these visions which caused me to zone out and my foster parents found it weird and told the people at orphanage I was a demon-child because of these visions that caused nightmares . 
After that I thought I would never get adopted until the Quail came in looking for a little girl to complete her family , ever since then I've been grateful for the quail . "Tahnee-Kaye snap out of it dear " she shook me gently . I blinked my eyes a couple times before clearing my throat "Did they find the answer ?" I spoke first .

She nodded . For years the population has changed when scientists found a way to advance the human race , they invented new genetics implanted in us when most of the population started having abilities that's when operatives looked for us .
Years later we all created a home on a hidden island protected by a vortex that requires the fingerprint of the protected people of Innate -  Terranovas. After creating a private home far from the eyes can see we started training to learn how to control our powers and how useful it can be.
"Are you sure you want to do this ?" she spoke softly . I chuckled and smiled at her "Yes , I want to help everyone that I can" i said calmly . We left the capsule as the fresh musk air fanned us , the scientists walked up to us and spoked hushed "Hello , Tahnee-Kaye and Quail we would like to inform you that Tahnee-Kaye mother's bionics has a tough infrastructure that has made a scientific breakthrough" I almost faint as I gasped .
My mother's bionic chip is the last hope to help us survive , it's my lost treasure . A gust of wind pushed us , snapping me out of my thoughts as we all fell I felt something push me and then I felt my body being lifted up as if I was floating .

I slowly open my eyes: Where Am I? I'M NOT ON THE ISLAND ...
"Quail , Quail where are you ?'' I anxiously yelled as loud as possible . I was in the woods with nothing How did I get here ?
I heard voices deep in the woods & then something shot a laser at me . "Whoa , who are you ?" I said looking at the abnormal girl with glowing blue eyes with beautiful long hair . She motioned for me to follow her and I complied following her then she stopped to make sure no one was looking and grabbed my arm as we flew almost 200 ft in the air .
They built homes in the trees these people are extraordinary , She then handed me a pearl "Grandmaster , she's here" she then vanished in thin air .
This man man dressed in a black silk robe with long gray hair pulled back in a high ponytail spoke gingerly "Listen child , your life is in danger and you may think we are crazy but an evil force is after your mother's bionics" I must be going crazy but how does this man know that .
Yeah, maybe I hit my head when I got knocked  unconscious "Okay , weird dude I'm out of here which way is Synnax I must return home at once" , he shook his head and scoffed .
"You are light years away from your home , I knew you wouldn't be persuaded with words stubborn like you're mother , you were handed a pearl by Cyrus put it on your adapter and look straight forward" I rolled my eyes but cooperated .

If anyone sees this please help , My name is Mary-Ellen and I'm pregnant I must give up my powers for the sake of my child then something pushed my mother as she cried out then seconds later the camera shook then a infant's cry was heard Mary-Ellen took out her last energem and placed it into her tear filled baby then died .
