Dear self, while are you always smiling?
Even though you are slowly dying?
Dear self, why are you keep on pretending?
You are not an actress so stop that acting!

It's time to show them who you truly are,
Let them love you for who you are.
Break that mask and show your true feelings to the world;
Show that you have weaknesses and flaws.

Dear self, don't get easily attached,
To the person who will never last.
Dear self, I know you already learned your lesson,
Show your beauty to the world because you are one of God's creation.
