Chapter 4 - Just Like Old Times

Alfie's POV

At four o'clock me and Marcus walked out our dorm and went to get the others. About ten minutes later I knocked on Tyler's door, hearing him shout "Coming." He opened the door, quiff high as usual. All of us standing outside the door apparently had the same thought. "Hi quiff queen" We all said almost in unison. We all started to laugh at this and Tyler stepped into his dorm letting the rest of us go in. When all 9 of us had sat down, some on the bed, some in chairs, some on the floor. We all except Zoe started to ask him questions. I know I couldn't hear any of them and apparently Tyler didn't either because he stood up on the bed and shouted "Hey, one at the time, I pick" he says and the room gets quiet and Tyler says "Okay so Zoe already knows like everything and YAS ZALFIE IS REAL." I smile and hug Zoe tighter to my body. I'm probably blushing too.

Tyler's POV

The people knocking at my door was the rest of our 'gang', when all the nine of them was inside my room and placed on the chairs, floor or bed and they all started to ask me questions all at once. So I stood up on the bed and began shouting and they calmed down. I pointed at Marcus "You have the honor to ask the first question" I say over dramatically and smile widely at him. "Who was that guy you came here with?" he asks and I sigh, knowing that they would bring this up often if Troye and I make good friends. "Ok so let me explain no interruptions" I say. They all nod. Nine persons nodding at the same time, in sync is a bit scary let me tell you. So I said exactly what I said to Zoe. "So the driver picked me up and I listened to music, not looking where we were going. And then we were in this fancy neighborhood, driving slowly, so I asked the driver if we were gonna pick up someone. Which obviously, we were. And that guy is Troye"

That's when Zoe decided to say "And in the car they got to know each other and Troye sung for him and then they cuddled because Tyler thought Troye sung so good he started crying." "ZOE!" I shrieked and tried to hide my face from my friends. "Tyyyyyler" I heard a British voice which belongs to Marcus say. I peeked through my fingers and said "Yeeah Marcus" but it was muffled by my hands. "Is Zoe telling the truth?" Marcus asks and I nod my head. "OOOOOOH" the group say and I sigh. Soon I perk up and ask the group "Have any of you learned any new techniques?" I get several nods and ask the rest of the group "Anyone wanna show off?" the same people nod and I get up putting on a pair of black vans I had packed with me. "Let's go" I hear Alfie say and we walk out on the big field right next to the school. Halfway there I see firebolts and I freeze in my tracks. "Zoe" I call and the petite fire girl comes up to my side. "What" she says and I point towards the field where the most powerful firebolts I've ever seen shoots up into the air. "How powerful are those?" I ask and she turns towards the fields. "I've never seen such powerful ones Ty" she says and a smile creep its way to my face. "Okay" I say before whispering "Get the group to go a bit slower because I think I know who that is." She smiles and nods her head as I set of towards the field. I jog down the hill and find exactly who I thought was gonna be there. But he's there with a guy and a girl. "Troye" I call out loudly and he whip his head towards me and I smile at him. "Ty" he shouts, jogging towards me.

When he's in front of me, like a feet away I say "Hi" and Troye answers with a "Hey" we smile at each other and I ask him "Who's these" I say nodding towards the boy and girl staring at me. "Oh, that's just friends from back home. Kayla and Caspar" he says with a smile. "Okay, but what are you doing here?" I ask and he chuckles "I could be asking you why you're here" I nod my head but say "Answer me please?" He smiles and says "I'm practicing" I can't help but giggle getting a confused look from Troye and I calm myself down before saying "You kind of lit up the whole sky over campus" "Oh" Troye says and I sigh, knowing my friends are coming closer by the second. "Can I like meet up with you tonight, my friends are coming here, I just ran ahead" I ask him a hopeful smile on my lips. "Sure, text me when you want to meet. But my friends and I are still gonna be here for a little while longer at least" he says and I nod. "Yeah, but my friends are literally coming in a second, go back to your friends or they're gonna interrogate you" I say with a smile and he says "See you soon Ty" "Yeah, see you soon Troye" I say and he walks back to his friends. I start to run, doing some flips. My friends come down to me and I smile towards them. "Whose gonna start?" I say and Niomi offers to go first. "Wanna try me?" I ask her smirking. Knowing I'm the strongest in the group. The water girl nod and she tells me to go 30 feet away. I smirk and jog there. She tries to suck me down into the dirt with water but when nothing happens I jog back.
