Two months later
Ren walked into the cafe shielding her eyes from the public and sat down at a table in the very back of the cafe where she was approached by one of the workers
"H-hi I'm Yeosang and w-welcome to A to Z cafe, what would you like to order today?" He asked staring down at the girl who looked like she was about to breakdown any minute
"Can I have a hibiscus tea please?" She responded in a hoarse voice not making eye contact with the curious boy in front of her
"Yeah name please?" He asked and his heart stopped when his eyes met hers. She was one of them, she was the 1%
"Ren" she smiled sadly at him, she knew what he was thinking. Everyone thinks it when they see a member from the 1%
"O-okay, I'll be right back with your order" he told her and hurriedly walked away from the helpless girl he thought was a monster
She put her head down on the table thinking. How could she get torn apart from her two best friends? Are they still alive? Did they get dragged back to headquarters?
She didn't even notice the barista returned with her tea. Yeosang set her tea on the table and she paid
She didn't notice that with her receipt were a pair of brown contacts. Why would he help a monster like Ren?
Before he could walk away she grabbed him arm scaring the life out of him, "I'm not going to hurt you Yeosang" she whispered looking into his broken brown eyes
"I can't trust you to say that" he replied
"Why?" She questioned looking hurt that people judge others on who they are
"You people murdered my parents" he whispered jerking his arm away from hers and running out of the shop ignoring the questions Hongjoong was asking
