Heartbreak – part 3
Tom’s POV (the hospital)
Steph is in hospital it’s all my fault I should of told someone about the photos and made sure she had someone with her at all times. I hope she knows I didn’t mean for any of this to happen. Wow I have only known her a day and I’m so worried about her! I just hope she can forgive me when I tell her I knew about the pictures.
Emily’s POV
Why did I stay at the signing Tom would have been fine he is a big boy now and I’m sure he wouldn’t have minded me going to the shops. I just wish I went with her I could of prevent this from happening. I just hope she wakes up soon so I can tell her how sorry I am for leaving her.
Doctor: Sir, Madame, it looks like she is going to be okay she has a broken wrist and a black eye but other than that I think she will be fine.
Emily: Thank you so much I was so worried!
Tom: Thank you can we go and see her now?
Doctor: Yes, but because we know you are famous we have put her in a room for celebrities so no one can get in to see her without a code.
Tom: Okay thank you.
Tom’s POV (in the room)
*beep beep*
Emily: Tom you got a text.
Tom: Its Jack he can’t get in they won’t let them in because they don’t believe they are who they are!
Emily: Oh well I will go meet them at reception and get them down, you stay here.
(Emily leaves the room)
Tom: Steph, I hope you wake up soon I’m really sorry I didn’t tell you about the pictures. I just wish I never took you to the signing today; the last thing I wanted was for you to be injured I just hope you wake up soon.
Emily: We all do!
(Emily, Chris, Jack, Jemma, Hollie and Ellie enter the room)
Steph’s POV
Tom: Hey guys (wipes the tears from his eyes)
Steph: Guys who else is here?
Tom: (Laughs) so you are okay then?
Steph: Yeah just about is anyone going to introduce me to these people?
Chris: Well you have met me and Jemma so you remember who we are?
Steph: Yeah I remember.
Chris: Well this is my girlfriend Ellie (points to Ellie)
A girl with blonde hair and blue eyes smiles as Chris points to her. She laughs and then hands me a bunch of flowers.
Ellie: Sorry we don’t really know you so we just got you a bunch of different types of flowers we hope you like them.
Steph: Thank you, you didn’t have to.
Ellie: We wanted to I know what it’s like when you get a few fans that hate you I did when I first started dating Chris but it all died down after a while.
Tom: Me and Steph aren’t together though.
Ellie: Oh right well you were crying when we walked in so I thought you were.
Tom: (blushes) I wasn’t crying I just don’t like hospitals.
Jack: Hi I’m Jack Laugher, Tom and Chris’s mate and also an Olympic diver.
Steph: Well it’s nice to finally meet you Jack.
Hollie: Hey I’m Hollie and we brought you these.
Hollie had curly hair with blue eyes and was tall. She handed me over a box of chocolates which I opened and handed around before taking one myself.
Steph: It was nice to meet you all let’s hope next time it will be for good reasons! When can I leave then?
Emily: The doctor said he will be in soon, so hopefully soon.
Back at home Emily’s POV
Tom seems a lot happier now we are all home, he seemed so upset in the hospital I wonder what’s going on with him?
Tom: Emily can I talk to you please?
Emily: Yeah what’s up?
Tom: Well I know I have only known Steph a day but she seem so nice and she handled today really well and I was just wondering what you would think if I asked her out on a date?
Emily: Tom if you like her then you ask her on a date it’s fine it’s your life you don’t have to ask me I’m happy for you no matter what.
Tom: Thanks Emily means alot!
Steph’s POV (in Emily/Steph’s room)
*knock knock*
Steph: Come in!
Tom: Hey you alright?
Steph: Yeah I’m fine, what’s up?
Tom: Look Steph I know I haven’t known you long, well not long at all but today I knew you had been the girl I have been looking for, you just handled everything so well...
Steph: Tom what are you trying to say?
Tom: Steph, would you come on a date with me?
Omg Tom Daley just asked me on a date is this real I never thought this day would happen!
Tom: Oh I’m sorry Steph I knew it was a bad idea. (Goes to leave)
Steph: No Tom, don’t leave, yes, yes I will go on a date with you!
