A Black Memory

My dearest,

Black. All I see is black.

White, it blinds me. I remember her.

I remember her smile, her twinkling eyes, her flowing hair.

I remember the horror on her face when she had her throat slit.

I feel her now, so close to me but I can't get to her.

I love her.

I love her so much.

I hate them.

I hate them all so much.

They deserve to feel what I have felt.

Much, much more than I felt.

I see only black.

You saw only white.

They are shades of grey.

There is no good or evil.

I remember you, your lips and your perfect smile.

I remember myself, my tears.

My screams, my pleading for for their mercy.

What did you do to deserve anything like that?

You were the kindest, most beautiful person.

I will make them pay.

They may not survive, but their kin do.

I will destroy each and every one of them.

Make them feel what I felt.

Make them feel what you felt.

Make them see black.

Make them see white.

I love you, my dear.

I always will.

Yours forever and gratefully,
Chaos
