HIS PLAN, HAD UTTERLY FAILED. Klaus, in turn, decided a visit to his witch in Chicago was important to do. For him, of course, to see what exactly was wrong. This worried both Stefan and Eleanor a great deal. Although, neither spoke a word to each other about it, they did share unnoticed looks of concern.

"This is the place," Klaus spoke, a grin plastered on his face as they took in the outdoor look of the bar. "Gloria's."

Eleanor sighed, already not estatic to be in Chicago, Bill -her father- had once took her and Caroline here. She didn't very much enjoy the trip. Pushing open the door, she trailed behind Klaus, keeping herself from view. Only for a second, before coming to stand next to the hybrid.

"A hybrid walks into a bar-"

Before Klaus could finish his joke, an older black woman put her hand up. "You may be immortal, but that doesn't make you funny." Eleanor let out a laugh, earning a glare from Klaus and an amused one from who she could only assume was Gloria. "I remember you," she pointed towards Stefan.

"Yeah, shouldn't you be old and-"

"Dead?" She interrupted Stefan, "A few spells and herbs slow down the process, but don't worry. One day it'll all catch up to me." She picked up her washcloth and wrung it between her hands. "Yet, I don't know who you are," This time she pointed towards Eleanor.

"I'm Eleanor. Eleanor Forbes," she walked to Gloria, hand extended. The witch shook it, kindly before glancing back at Klaus. Already seeing he obviously needed her for something if he was coming-a-knocking.

"So why are you here?"

Before he answered, he told Stefan and Eleanor to go make something at the bar, finally turning back to Gloria. Plopping herself into a stool, she looked around at the bar as Stefan created their drinks. "What the hell is that?" She asked, pointing just behind Stefan, at a photograph. He raised his eyebrows, before turning around and becoming shocked himself.

Snatching it from the wall, he walked over to Klaus. "What the hell is this?"

"Like I told you, Chicago is a magical place."

"What are we doing here?" Eleanor asked, looking around the dimly lit warehouse, tapping her foot with impatience. They had ended up leaving Gloria's, after being told nothing could be done without a certain vampire. Yet, that never explained why the trio were currently making their way down aisles and aisles of a dim warehouse.
