ELEANOR FOUND HERSELF IN THE LIVING TOOM OF THE GILBERT RESIDENCE, laughing with Elena over nothing really. After staying home for maybe an hour, a call had torn her from the small quietness she'd had at home and instead she'd wound up here. Apparently, Elena has been taken by Klaus for blood. The thought itself made the blonde fairly angered. Mostly because she trusted the hybrid with all she had, except sometimes it seemed that he only did things to benefit himself. Something she'd usually deny and belittle, but after the day that'd occurred, Eleanor was feeling all sorts of things.

After arriving and being told what exactly had happened, she was close to calling him until Stefan told her about what they'd done to him. In a way, Eleanor felt that it was simply a small thing and it'd be able to keep him safe. But, another part of her thought it was a stupid idea and wished they'd never done it.

It was hard. Always having to seemingly choose a side. There shouldn't have ever been sides, but with how stubborn both groups are, Eleanor was at a constant pull with them both. Not even sure how to react half the time. She knew what was right. She knew what was wrong. But, then again, each and every one of them have done some of the stupidest things she's ever witnessed.

Her thoughts were broken as Matt entered the living room with two cups of tea occupying his hands. "Here you go, El. And for you, Lena." He passed the first cup to Eleanor, the blonde taking it greedily and then passing the last cup to the doppelgänger.

Eleanor took the first sip, her lips drew in at the amount of sweetness the drink had. Matt never was the best at making tea. "It's really good, Matty."

Elena was quick to agree, nodding her head along with Eleanor's statement while trying to hide the small gulp she'd taken, attempting to soften the amount of sweetness. Matt saw through them both, a small chuckle slipping past his lips at their over exaggerated attempts to make it seem like it was good tea. "Yeah, I may have added a little too much honey." The other blonde raised her perfectly manicured eyebrows at this, tucking the cup closer to her chest in habit. "Okay, maybe a lot of honey."

The girls laughed, both taking a few more sips of it before putting the two cups -now half way empty- to the side. A small yawn escaped Eleanor's lips as she leaned further into the couch and let Elena and Matt chatter away. Her eyes studied their smiles, their light eyes and how at peace they were. It was times like these she wished she were a photographer, or at least had a photographic memory. Moments that held such peace, beauty even, forgotten a day later. That was how the human mind worked, billions of memories and millions forgotten in the corner of the mind.
