(A/n My friend wanted me to write another RWBY story with the main character being her favorite character Yang but when I said I can only write a MC as a male so I can input myself into it even if only a little, we compromised. I now have a draft for a depressed male Yang story. No idea if I'm going to upload it and who the pairing(s) will be so tell me if you want it. It's just going to be something I update from time to time with no real schedule)
*Ken pov*
Following the elder exorcist into the main building, we made our way into a maze of corridors. The place was breathtaking in a religious kind of way. The others were nervous due to one basically turning away from her previous life and the rest being former devils. Well except for Asia who was looking around with stars in her eyes never expecting to ever see the inside of the most holy place outside of the pearly gates themselves.
I had to hold the hands of both Akua and surprisingly Koneko who, when I glanced at her, shot me a look that said if I told anyone she was scared she would execute me in a way that would make Jason Vorrhis proud. Akua was shaking like a leaf. On the way here I was told a little of her backstory and I could see why she would be scared. This place is doubliy dangerous to get as a former devil and half vampire.
I admit I was slightly nervous as well but more of incase we run into more exorcists. I'm not willing to bet if our guide would remain on our side of the pope showed up and told him it was God's will to shove us face first into a wood chipper or something.
After about ten minutes of constant walking through maze like hallways we found a pedestal that obviously wasn't part of the native architecture.

Father: This is the only place that your shrine could be. I've heard that even Lord Michael couldn't even operate this. I must go now and help my fellow priests prepare for the inevitable... Try not to break anything.
As he walked away I looked over the pedestal and felt the sudden urge to touch it. Curiosity overruled the common sense that touching the glowing rock just might be a bad idea and I placed my hand on the glowing blue spot.
At first it felt cool to the touch but then grew hotter quickly. I tried to remove my hand but it refused to budge. A hold glowing triangle burned above my hand shocking the girls and a shrine literally burst through the floor demolishing the wall and a good chunk of the room.
The noise made Irina's father turn around and state wide eyed at the destruction the new addition caused. He facepalmed.
Father: I told you to do one thing...
Ken: Uhh... It was like this when we got here I swear....
The shrine opened up leading to a circular elevator. Everything screamed point of no return so I looked back at Irina's father.
Ken: Last chance sir. I don't mind taking you with us.
He just smiled at me and waved as he walked away after hugging his daughter one last time.
We got on the elevator and started to go down....

*3rd pov*
Rias: What do you mean they just disappeared?! Where in Satan's name could they go?!!
Rias was angry. The search for her former servants and more importantly to her, Ken, had come out empty dispute using all the resources available to her position as the sister of Lucifer. She was running out of time and already some devils were leaving to avoid death. Already they brainwashed the rest of Issei's family and a few of the other humans that caught the devil's eye. They would live out the next few years as servants like maids and the like.
Kiba: I've found no sign of any of them in this town president.
Akeno: Maybe it's time to cut our losses and return to the Gremory territory. Your brother has already sent the call to return as soon as possible, and even Sona is preparing to leave.
Issei: Why do we need Ken anyways? We got me! I'm so much better than that short freak!! *in mind* Damn him! The president is still obsessing over him! Her and her tits are MINE! She shouldn't waste her time with that orphan!
Rias: We need him because he is an elf! Their people used to rule the planet and are said to have a great command of both holy and nature magic! He would make a great knight combo with Kiba and help us gain power in the underworld through the rating games! Not to mention that he probably has a sacred gear if that shield is to be believed!!
Issei and Kiba narrowed their eyes at that for different reasons. Issei saw Ken as competition for Rias and Akeno. To him, Ken was after his title for Harem king. Even though he was his brother, he would do anything to secure his "destiny" to eventually live his life surrounded by breasts and drowning in sex, even if he had to go through his family to achieve it!
Kiba at first didn't care much about Ken. He was just another guy in the campus. That was until he was humiliated in public by the elf! To Kiba, Ken was a coward hiding behind a shield, that just got lucky and he lothed the idea that he would share a title with him. The fact that he reeked of holy energy like the damn Excaliburs didn't help him warm up to the idea.
To be clear, both issei and Kiba wanted Ken dead. But Rias wanted him so Kiba backed down to listen to his lady and issei did for (hopefully) a chance to grope and/or suck her breasts.
Rias: We have another 2 weeks before we have to go. I want you to search the entire city looking for them. I don't care what gets in your way. FIND THEM!
All: Yes president!
Rias*in mind*: I must have that power! The more I read on elves, the more I find out just how easy I could gain influence with him! Riser would be nothing but a speed bump on my path to satanhood and my place as the next Maou would be secure!
A/n as stated above I do have another RWBY story drafted but I'm not sure to either give a male Yang MC a new name or just let him keep the name. That and who am I going to pair him with. Frankly I don't know any other names that start with y for guys... If you want to see it tell me and I'll release it but know it won't have a schedule. I'll update when I can but it will be completely random.
