Pers spent the entire week reading up on the books that had miraculously appeared in her school bag and what she had been reading so far had blown her mind away.

How was it possible that there was a whole new world out there, correction a totally different world from the one she knew? She had poured over the pages again and again and she still didn't understand half of what her eyes saw.

And funny enough they had given her space, way too much space, not a word had been said about their weird world and frankly Pers was waiting for someone to jump out and say 'you have been a victim of a prank' but no one had come forward yet.

"Hey Pers," Aria greeted as she passed by Pers on their way to class.

"What are emotioners? Or better still what is a split personality power?" She asked and Aria snorted, totally ignoring her, "you guys gave me books and I've been reading it diligently, I need answers, I'm going crazy here so please I just want to talk,"

"I don't want to because our team leader put a gag order on me."

"What! He can do that?"

"Yes he can," Aria stopped in front of her class.

"But I need answers now, I need to know what's going on, I need answers," she begged sounding like a scratched record on repeat, Aria stared at her openly, the corner of her lips quirked up in a slight smile as she found out a loophole not to talk but also to help out Pers.

"Sorry," Aria pretentiously sighed heavily, as if she really hated not been able to help her out, "but I can only tell you this, there's someone who wouldn't tell you the answer, someone who can't tell you the answer and someone who will totally tell you the answer just to piss a certain someone off," Aria said, entering the class and leaving behind a puzzled looking Pers.

'Someone who wouldn't tell you the answer, someone who can't tell you the answer and someone who will totally tell you the answer just to piss a certain someone off,' she repeated this over and over in her mind before it dawned on her, Trent would most definitely tell her just to piss Adrian off, she set off for his class.

'That sneaky little fox,' she thought.

"Trent!" She called out as soon as she saw purple hair from afar, she increased her pace and caught up with him. "I want to talk to you," she was panting and almost out of breath.

"Not now, first I need a smoke," he said without stopping.

"You smoke?" Pers questioned with eyebrows quirked up in disbelief and he turned to her, giving her a look that said 'are you a new breed of stupid?'

"No I don't, I just want to go outside to inhale unhealthy air, of course I smoke," he snapped, getting increasingly irritated at her question,

"I-"

"what are you, stupid?" he continued without decreasing his pace as if that would deter her and send out the message that he was not in the mood, but when had the gods ever listened to him.

"No I'm not stupid!" Her nostrils flared angrily, lips curled in defense, "can you may be slow down long enough to tell me a little more about your world?" she asked with difficulty as it got harder to breath, gosh he was fast.

"No can't do maam, gag order of our all so fearless leader," he said as they stepped out of the school to the back where dumpsters were kept, this reminded Pers so much of Ethan that she had to take a step back to catch her breath, she took in a deep breath but soon coughed out when she inhaled heavy puffs of smoke.

"Are you a chimney, jeez," she scrunched up her nose in disgust, waving her hand to try and dispel the smoke flowing towards her.

"This is literally the only thing that I love about damunnes, their cigarette doesn't really have flavors and it is not for only the sick, anybody can smoke, plus it's legal for someone who is eighteen and above to use," he spoke in a rush before taking a large sniff and puffing it out in concentric rings.
