I stand there frozen about to cry. Corey doesn't notice until I stop moving.
"Chloe,are you alright"he asks.
I stand there not answering him the tears slowly run down my face as I stare at the sight once more. Corey stands in front of me and I snap out of it but I don't stop crying.
"Corey, I need you to do something for me"mere sobbing.
"If it makes you feel better I'm willing to do whatever you want"he proclaims.
"I need you to act like my boyfriend".
"Ok, I will".
We hold hands and continue talking about tomorrow to make it sound like we're going on a date. As we walk past my boyfriend I say "maybe we can do it tonight" just to catch his attention. He grabs my arm hard and yanks me from Corey.
"Ouch!!"I yelp.
"What do you think you're doing with him??"Andy growls.
"I was doing it to get back at you for cheating on me in the first place!".
"Let me go you're hurting me!!
"Hey,let her go man"Corey says.He digs his nails into my arms as I groan in complete agony.
"And if I don't ?? He digs harder.
"aahhh, COREY HELP ME!"I scream.
"If you don't you're going to find out what happens"Corey adds on assertively.
Andy lets go of me and makes his way toward Corey. Before he can even touch Corey I hit him hard enough to knock him out with my good arm. I pay for all my supplies leaving Andy there on the floor. Corey asks me if he was the reason I was crying. I answered yes. I explained that I had caught him cheating on me at Chick-fil-A. He only showed a concerned face which made me get lost in his green beautiful eyes.
"Corey??" I ask
"Yeah" Corey replied
"Do you maybe wanna hang out for the rest of today since I won't be here for the next three weeks??"I ask
"I don't see why not"he said
My whole face glows with excitement as I hug Corey so tight. He suggested we go to the fair first. So that's what we did. Corey also won me a big stuffed animal. I thanked Corey for our day out. I text my friends to see if Corey can come with us on the camping trip. In the group chat....
"Hey guys" I text
"Sup"everyone replies
"I wuz wndrng if I can bring a plus one on da trip wit us"I text
"The more,the merrier"Sierra texts
"Yea,dats cool"Xavier replies
"If u want to, its fine wit me"Chris
"Yay,thanks guys!!"I type
So they have no problem with me bringing Corey along on the trip. I ask Corey if he would come. Corey seems a little hesitant. I can't stand the suspense.
